What are unusual names that have stood out for you in your dc's class?

There is an Alaska which makes me smile every time I hear it and a Francesca and Emma which are nice because they are names that I hardly hear on children.

I met a little girl named Winsome once. She really lived up to her name!

A woman I met named her little baby Hazel-not unusual really, but she called her Hazelnut as she was so tiny. I loved it!

Since my DCs started nursery, we have come across Emmeline, Willoughby, Ophelia, Phoenix, Rocky, Taran, Troy, Wyatt, Tiara, Oceana and Ariana!

It's "any name goes" there, literally.

surfs were they traveller children? Remember being in a hostel one and a girl had a digger and ivor, she was a traveller (ex)
