Fenton

Adolf, Beelezebub, Satan, Lucifer, Jezabel, Lolita.

Any drug including alcoholic drinks (I taught an Opium - just imagine what she was like, yep just like that).

Parents/grandparents names, personally don't like the Little Johnny Junior or Little Johnny II.

tummytickler · 27/01/2012 10:02

I know Robin They are just not my 'thing'!

Kayzr · 27/01/2012 10:04

I hate these threads as my name always appears on them.

BackToBligg · 27/01/2012 10:07

Are you called Opium, Kay?

Kayzr · 27/01/2012 10:08

Nope. Probably would have been good though as I was one of 8 in my year at school.

Bloody parents and bloody song. Angry

D0oinMeCleanin · 27/01/2012 10:10

Cherry Apple Rose, much to dd1's disappointment. I also will not allow her to change her first name to Katy Perry.

BackToBligg · 27/01/2012 10:11

Oh yeah, Kay, I get it! FWIW, I think it is lovely.

brandysoakedbitch · 27/01/2012 10:12

Freya, Jessica, Chloe, Caitlin, Naimh, Ellie, Amelie (shudder), Megan, anything double barrelled

Jack, Toby, Callum, Cameron, all those absolutely dreadful urchin/old man names and yes Fenton, sounds like a car part. All boys names with Ks like Kai etc

RobinSparkles · 27/01/2012 11:21

Mine often appears on the "Chavvy" threads Kayzr. I don't care about my name, not my fault - I didn't choose it but I get a bit narked when the DD's names are up Sad.

PopcornBiscuit · 27/01/2012 11:42

Tabitha or Kitty. I dislike cats.

Kayzr · 27/01/2012 11:43

Mine does too Robin. I also get fed up when the DS's names pop up. They haven't so far yet on here.

I don't see the point of these threads at all.

RobinSparkles · 27/01/2012 12:15

DD1's has Sad.

coccyx · 27/01/2012 12:36

ThePathanKhansWitch · 27/01/2012 12:37

Claire, but only because i was bullied by a girl with that name at schoolSad.

I still get a bit sweaty when i'm introduced to a new claire. Although i have to say, all the ones i've met as an adult have been sweet.

Papyrus · 27/01/2012 12:43

Erica or Beryl

Used to abhor Margaret, for no particular reason, but it grew on me when we met an adorable three year old Maggie on holiday. On the last day we found out she was in fact called Magenta! But Margaret still makes me think of her and smile.

My name has already appeared on here, it often does, and have seen it described as chavvy on other threads. It doesn't bother me at all.

If the names picked for our bump, come up on this site, I still won't care. I love the names, and what somebody who I've never met on the internet, doesn't bother me. If you find thread upsetting. Stop being so darn sensitive. I use mumsnet baby names for ideas, and feedback (occasionally a mumsnetter has a legitimate point on associations with a name, or rude shortening).
