Finished projects - show me yours!

Who's finished something recently? I don't have many crafty friends and love looking at things people have made.

Here's mine: some oven gloves for BIL and SIL who are moving house. One of three projects I'm making out of a pair of DH's old jeans!

Never sewn curves before so I'm chuffed with these and I didn't have to use bias binding! Win! I did have to slip stitch the turning gap closed which was a pain in the bum, but I prefer the look than if I had top stitched instead.

Here are my envelope cushions. I followed the instructions from craftygemini on YouTube.

I found the envelope on the back was a little too loose because the cushion wasn't overly stuffed, so I ended up putting 3 small plastic press studs along the envelope seam.

The cloth for both sides of the cushions is from IKEA. They are on the lyksele sofa bed in the back bedroom that is our study/playroom/general relaxing room away from the telly. DD decided to have a 'Seaside' theme hence the deckchair inspired cloth.

These all look lovely.
I've been hit by the beading bug, and have done these. Each one takes me about 10 minutes and they can be sewn on to hats and also attached to bobby clips and made into brooches.

It's very satisfying to be able to complete something so quickly!!

Another quilt finished.. This is present for ds1 main carer at primary.. Doing projects in advance as sisters wedding present due end July. Quilt blocks from tula pink 100 blocks

My first attempt at clothing. I don't like the wonky stripe on the front but I'm pleased i managed bias binding!

I have at least 6 projects on the go, none of them anywhere near finishing, but this thread is really motivating me to crack on with them :)

Oh chaos can you give me a rough idea / guide on how to make those party bags. They look great.

I was thinking about making some drawer string bags for party bags for the end if the month for DD 5.5 yr party, but they look great for the girls. The boys can have the drawer string ones.

I thought I'd make them big enough for PE kit. Is the cloth double thickness?
