Need some more "thems" - come on!

harpsichordcarrier · 05/11/2005 20:12

Ooh can I be a "them"...
how hard can it be said HC provocatively

(that thread the other day was an all time classic btw)

harpsichordcarrier · 05/11/2005 20:13

hunker you're a crafty type !
fancy that

hunkermunker · 05/11/2005 20:22

Yes, I make the occasional card

harpsichordcarrier · 05/11/2005 20:23

but you could give it up at any time, right, it doesn't control you??

suzi2 · 05/11/2005 20:36

I could find a few seconds to knock up a "US" card. But if there are odd numbers I really don't mind being left out.

WigWamBam · 05/11/2005 20:37

A few seconds?????

It's going to take me all week just to work out which end of the card is up!

harpsichordcarrier · 05/11/2005 20:38

oh don't rise to it WWB
she's trying to psyche us out
peasy
bound to be

HuggyBear · 05/11/2005 20:41

What do i need? hmmmmm

Crayons..
Pritt Stick...
Glitter....

Easy peasy...

gulp

WigWamBam · 05/11/2005 20:44

Yeah, easy-peasy.

My 4 year old can cut and stick; how hard can it be?

harpsichordcarrier · 05/11/2005 20:45

those were cod's word in fact:
"cutting and sticking for grown ups..."
hence the challenge I think...

UCM · 05/11/2005 20:51

I laughed about that all the way home today. Cos' DH thinks that I glue & stick for grownups. He knows that I am serious when I threaten my DS age 2 with 'Daddy looking after you all of the time if you touch/look/come in my craft room'.

cardQUEENcod · 05/11/2005 21:58

no machinery ius to be used that non crafters dont have

cardQUEENcod · 05/11/2005 21:58

a craft room?
fgs
thunk

hunkermunker · 05/11/2005 21:59

Machinery?! LOL! What on earth do you think we all have? Looms?!

suzi2 · 05/11/2005 21:59

That seems fair. I assume you have scissors or other cutting device? Otherwise we're probably all stuffed!

harpsichordcarrier · 05/11/2005 22:00

if you have no machinery hunker tell us pray what is in the room??

MrsFrostgetful · 05/11/2005 22:00

its ok cod....i have NOTHING mechanical.....the most technical equiptment i use is a pair of scissors!

suzi2 · 05/11/2005 22:00

I used to have a craft room. But then the baby needed it...

Lonelymum · 05/11/2005 22:02

Do you card makers really want to do this? What if the thems make better cards than you? It would be professional suicide wouldn't it?

BTW, don't count me in. I can't make anything arty crafty for toffee. I think my artistic five year old would do better than me!

Final point, who is going to judge?

harpsichordcarrier · 05/11/2005 22:04

I am NOT asking what sizzix is btw
because, clearly, EVERYONE knows what sizzix is

don't they?

MrsFrostgetful · 05/11/2005 22:04

mind you...i just bought 25 fantastic layered SIZZIX snowflakes....and 50 card ovals (4" tall)....totalling £4...including postage.
