What is the wankiest thing you’ve seen your ex do?

That made you think - what a knob! And that you are well rid of them!

lighthearted thread -

I’ll go first -

Recently my ex changed his profile picture to this wanky AI generated image of him in the middle with a halo and two angels either side… he actually gave himself a halo 🤣 What a knobhead! Like he was Jesus 😳(He was a massive narcissist. My ex. Not Jesus)

What are the wankiest things your ex has ever done?

Mine went to London over the bank holiday weekend.

35 degrees in Wembley Stadium and he’s wearing a long sleeve tshirt, jeans and hiking socks.

Enjoy your heatstroke, loser.

Yes this example is him merely being a fool to himself, I'm sure he's most likely done things which have been upsetting for/to others aswell 🫂

EX DP Stayed in bed sulking for 3 days because my children came for Christmas. Twice.
ExDH of 20 years married his 2nd wife on the same day as our wedding anniversary, I dont mind but we married on the 22nd of march a Saturday and they married on a random weekday on the 22nd of March.

Saves him having to remember another date I guess!

I dont know if it is an urban myth, but frankly it sound plausible if the princes on here are anything to go by, about a married man who would only date women called (say) Sarah because that was his wifes name so he wouldnt get rumbled by saying the wrong name!

PyongyangKipperbang · 04/06/2026 21:38

Well of course it would. As I am sure it was all your fault that he was selfish sexually incontinent wanker! I take it that his decision making has not improved if the scales have finally fallen from their eyes!

i’m not in touch with him, but friends of friends know him and he’s on marriage 4! He’s also become a conspiracy theory weirdo and has abandoned one child - hence his family falling out with him! I think I dodged all the bullets there!

SolvableThread · 04/06/2026 22:05

He didn't bother to tell DS that he was getting married and moving a step family into the house without pre warning. Twice.

That said the 2nd time they never actually made it to the alter.

Itsarecipefordisaster · 04/06/2026 22:08

During our break up my narcissistic arse of an ex told me he wouldn’t sell his share of the house to me unless I signed a contract saying I would give him £3K to buy a new guitar he would name after me. I was so desperate for him to fuck off I signed it.
Sadly, when I came to get a mortgage they said the house wasn’t worth the valuation. So I told him I didn’t have the money. He’d already started purchasing another house and it would have cost him to pull out. So no guitar.

Almost all his behaviour was wanky and it took me 4 years to get the strength to get rid of him, he was so persistent.

Namechange902 · 04/06/2026 22:20

This might be the only thread I’ve read every reply.

My ex booked me into the travel lodge the night a close relative died. He was feeling positive about the football that night and didn’t want me ruining the mood. Glad his team lost. Not even a hotel with a pool/decent restaurant.

Jaxhog · 04/06/2026 22:23

Maybe embezzling money from your job, buying a great big camper van and parking it in your Mums drive. For 2 years.

Binnie25 · 04/06/2026 22:37

Oh list is endless. Rob phones & money from his job cleaning a local bank & getting put on tag & a 7 till 7 curfew in a b&b with his new gf coz they were classed as homeless.
Erm, drain our joint bank account a week after he left & left me, our 3 y/o & 12 w/o with 50p so he could go xmas shopping with said gf.
Take our children's first baby clothes that I had saved & dressed his new baby in them coz apparently 'he bought them' even though only one dress he had actually bought.

My ex told our daughter he purposefully leaves his flies open so women will look and so it makes them feel uncomfortable. 🤮🤬

Someone needs to phone the police on this dirty fucker. And saying it to his DAUGHTER?
ewww 🤮

I remember an argument years after we were divorced after I’d met my now DH and we were moving in together and going on a long haul holiday. He was living with his OW and struggling to get on the property ladder as he was paying what he considered to be lots of maintenance because DC would have got in the way of their fun. He said ‘you planned this all along’.

I thought Oh yes! My wicked plan! All those nights you said you were working late and kept being glued to your phone and had condoms hidden in your jacket I noticed all that and thought ‘it’s all falling into place how clever of me’ obviously. Defo didn’t just destroy my self esteem and completely total me physically and emotionally for several years, idiot.

Mine took his new GF to all the places we used to go to. He stayed in the same hotels, ate in the same restaurants, the same cafes, the same spas. It still makes me laugh! Oh and he spent £450 on candles for her in one month… she must stink?? 🤣

Mine did exactly the same!!!! It was places I introduced him to as well! Idiot

MagicalBagPuss · Yesterday 01:40

Was he chanelling Trump, or was this before that?

👏 👏 👏
don’t have my own story to tell but just wanted to thank @Magpiesinthegarden for an inspired OP and thank everyone for sharing / congratulate on surviving!

@SunshineOnIslington would you mind me asking what the team was? My football-loving autistic son has been reading this thread and is desperate to know! No probs if you'd rather not.

Mothership4two · Yesterday 03:17

Turned up unannounced one evening knowing full well my OH was working away. I'm not sure what he thought might happen. Fortunately my best friend was staying and she answered the door - knowing him, and our history, she said "she doesn't want to see you" and shut the door in his face! She came upstairs feeling guilty that she hadn't checked with me first, but I told her she's done the right thing and thanks.

I still cringe about this. ExH who had told me that he would not pay me anything for our DD because I was spoilt and would only spend it on food for both DD and I, sent her a cheque for her 2nd birthday signed LORD SURNAME. He had bought one of those wanky Lord of The Manor titles

Dying 🤣🤣🤣

Drop my 11yr daughter off and leave her outside the house in January without a house key knowing I was not home and an hour away, so he could go to the gym.

That is truly dreadful.

The ex I'm thinking of was a musician and convinced he was destined to be a famous rock star. Not an awful person but a real manchild. Everything was about his "work" (music, he never got paid for it as far as I'm aware). He was astonished when I left him for a proper grown up.

We stayed indirectly in touch as we had uni friends in common.

He married a nice woman. When they were expecting their first child his parents (who had eventually become concerned about his manchild tendencies) thought he ought to learn to drive so he could take his wife to hospital etc. They gave him money for a course of driving lessons. He spent it on singing lessons to hone his rock star voice.

Omg 🤣🤣🤣

What's the difference between a pizza and a musician?

A pizza can feed a family of four!

Stormwhale · Yesterday 07:07

Outing myself as this is quite specific. My ex is a white man, normal looking l, slightly balding white man. Now he wears a Rasta wig, with dreadlocks as if it’s his real hair. In public.

I love my ex DH, I really do (he's a brilliant co-parent), but he does tend towards the wanky end of the spectrum on occasion.

He has become a shaman, and now stands under a tree in the field at the back of his housing estate, praying out loud to whoever/whatever it is shamans pray to, whilst our DS has to walk past him with his mates on his way to school. (Thankfully DS has both a robust sense of self and understanding friends!)

Became a shaman and stands under a tree praying! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

anon666 · Yesterday 07:38

Omg pmsl at all these complete cockwombles.

Its cathartic because we have had to watch my poor sister being a victim of this type of nonsense for 8 years and counting.

Sone of hers are obviously heartbreaking but I'll try to think of a wanky humorous one.

He was the stingiest bstrd in the world. Refused to spend any money on the kids, the house, dressed in Asda George clothing. The week he left (by text) he went out and bought himself a whole new wardrobe of designer clothes to impress the OW.

🙄

Gettingbysomehow · Yesterday 07:38

I really dont know why women are so desperate for a partner? Its taken me 64 years to realise that men are really a cometely different species altogether and the majority are awful.
