Yes, gay Jewish men are famously never subject to prejudice or discrimination.

It’s obvious that kicking a suspect in the head is going to draw attention, the question will always be whether it was proportionate to the risk.

Polanski is unreasonable for pre-empting the inevitable question that will be asked internally by the Met.

@coulditbeme2323 is unreasonable for calling Polanski evil. What words are left for the actual attacker if a commentator is ‘evil’?

Oh no, might the poor man have been exposed to hurry words? He's literally combat experienced then! I'm talking about people who have REALLY been through it. The people you'll be trying to hide behind if you ever find yourself in a similar situation. Utter simp.

glitterpaperchain · 30/04/2026 13:28

Do you understand the difference between legalising and decriminalising?

Do you realise the reality of not being able to arrest someone in a nightclub who's in possession of a drug with the intent of using that to assist in the rape of someone?

EasternStandard · 30/04/2026 13:32

glitterpaperchain · 30/04/2026 13:31

What I said is in no way a 'baseless insult'.

What I said sums you up.

glitterpaperchain · 30/04/2026 13:32

EasternStandard · 30/04/2026 13:31

Yep clueless.

Wow, what a BASELESS INSULT

Congratulation!
You’re officially brainwashed!

Theres another “paper” you might like, called the Daily Mail.
Provided you don’t already write for it.

You don't understand what direct quotes mean do you?

OP posts:

Oh you’re one of those posters who come back with baseless insults. Strange.

Not strange, many recognise your username and are familiar with the type of comments you make.

Lol louder for the back. Glad you’re rattled.

WallaceinAnderland · 30/04/2026 12:36

You can't just call another person evil though OP. No one will take you seriously.

How would you describe him?

DrinkPupKitDrink · 30/04/2026 13:33

CapacityBrown · 30/04/2026 13:27

Wouldn't expect anything less from the man that wants to legalise date rape drugs.

What???? wtf

mumofoneAloneandwell · 30/04/2026 13:02

I'm sorry but yabvu

My heart goes out to British Jews, always ❤️. Its terrifying, especially in areas with a big Jewish population. A man was just walking and minding his business and ended up running from a crazed knife man! Insane.

You dont kick a mentally ill person in the head when arresting them though?! He was on the ground already. It seemed racist to me, but i didn't want to start a thread.

Still, thats not the story. Hope the men are okay and well and know that Britain is on their side

Mentally ill? A knife wielding Islamist, a Jew hating terrorist, mentally ill? No. He does not get to used that excuse. To do what he did he is warped and riven with hate. Not mentally ill.

I have had it with the do-gooder brigade. They will be the downfall of this country.

I only wish armed police had been there in time yesterday. Dave is from having to deal with that piece of shit for the rest of his life.

They do indeed. I try and ignore this poster, where possible!

BauhausOfEliott · 30/04/2026 13:35

Would I vote for him? Probably not. Is he 'evil' for expressing an opinion about policing? No. Grow up.

It’s a question below. No idea why @glitterpaperchainis rattled nor you for that matter but you seem invested, the Greens can take votes from Labour for all I care but on this I’m not with the guy stabbing a poor old man at a bus stop and others on the street.

If some are then go for it.

Please do, but don’t do let it dominate your head space rent free. Bad idea.

You didn't answer my question so I assume no.

I also am not sure what you mean by the reality, as arrests for possession of GHB are rare currently. However if we were to regulate the drug, we could specifically add a strong colour or flavour so that any spiked drinks would be obvious to see.

DeathNote11 · 30/04/2026 12:34

He's been privileged & safe as houses all of his life, as have most of his ilk. People like that don't understand that the most effective way to get a person to drop a weapon is to attack their head. Hands will instinctively open in an attempt to protect the head. The police were quick & effective. A job well done.

You are totally not wrong

DrinkPupKitDrink · 30/04/2026 13:38

What kind of total idiot would campaign for date rape drugs to be decriminalised.

ChamonixMountainBum · 30/04/2026 13:39

Blimms · 30/04/2026 12:33

It’s bad because normalising kicking a suspect in the head is dangerous for us all.

He was not a 'suspect', he was an active aggressor who had just been on a stabbing spree and was still an active danger to the public who refused to surrender to the police so they took immediate steps to neutralise the threat. Absolutely astonishing the armchair critics on here.

Dollymylove · 30/04/2026 13:40

BIossomtoes · 30/04/2026 13:03

I am capable of feeling huge empathy for the Jewish community and disapproving of the police kicking someone’s head in at the same time.

I'm sure you are. This bloke wasnt for letting go of the knife. Better he fought the police and stabbed another few people rather than get kicked in the head, yeah?

MaidOfSteel · 30/04/2026 13:40

FinchiePink · 30/04/2026 13:08

He's not evil.

The man who stabbed people is evil.

Start calling every ignorant plonker evil and you'll lose all meaning of the word.

Like the word racist, with which the left so like to tar anyone who dares to disagree with them?

I'm not rattled, it was sarcasm, but you can keep saying I'm rattled if it makes you feel big

Blimms · 30/04/2026 12:33

It’s bad because normalising kicking a suspect in the head is dangerous for us all.

This isn’t ‘normalising’ it though.

This was a terrorist attack and the man was trying to kill people. For all they knew he already had - if you stab someone in the neck you run a good risk of killing them.

HRTQueen · 30/04/2026 13:40

MaidOfSteel · 30/04/2026 13:33

Even if it turns out this man has a diagnoses, was mentally ill at the time what the police were dealing with was a very very serious threat to the public from a man who has already attacked two people

and they had to respond to that threat to keep the public safe

the man may have a mh diagnosis (doesn't mean he was unwell at the time but again he may have been and shall now be diagnosed) but that is not relevant at that point in time the safety of the public is and that is what the police took action on and thankfully no one else was hurt

VickyEadieofThigh · 30/04/2026 13:40

I think Polanski is not very bright and very, very misguided.

A Jewish anti-Semite who thinks that men can morph into women who thinks that you can hypnotise boobs bigger and open borders without overwhelming services. That kind of idiot.
