Read the news

The terrorist was lucky it wasn’t the armed police who showed up first.

Look at a thread full if justifications about how police handled the evil terrorist. It's also dominating the news, rather than outrage about the attempted cold blooded and racist murders in Golders Green.

Disclaimer police did a great job.

What that Green Party Zack guy basically achieved with his divisive social media post is that people talk about the poor terrorist not poor Jewish community. Others talk about the bastard that is Zack and how 'evil' he is but not about the actual evil terrorist.

For Zack and the Green Party, it's mission accomplished. Instead of sympathy for the Jewish victims its sympathy for a the poor disadvantaged black Muslim guy victim. This will win them votes from Muslims segments who are passionate about Gaza and hate Jews.

Exactly. Jewish people were able to talk about it for a few hours before ZP and others took hold of the conversation and turned it away from their safety.

It's nothing like that. This guy might have some bruises. He was seen trying to kill people. He lunged at the police with a knife. He continued to hold on to his weapon after he'd been tasered. FFS.

The exact training for this event is to secure the upper body, which they can do because his hands were under his stomach.

The police are literally trained for this.

ACynicalDad · 30/04/2026 16:34

I think he's worse than Farage. I'd like to see the back of both of them.

Well exactly. Every journalist had a duty to quiz this horrible man about his anti semitism. Questions should be asked in parliament over his leadership and he should face questioning by the police for his stirring of hatred against the Jewish community.

And then what happens if this terrorist had a suicide vest?

Read the news

Or just answer the question as clearly people don't know who you are talking about.

His is undoubtedly a million times worse than Farage! Whoever votes for Faustian Zach is complicit in every single hate crime against Jews in the UK

To be clear and not at risk of being misunderstood of racial or religious stereotyping, this means segments in the Muslim community who feel passionate about Gaza and hate Jews, (not all muslims obviously). And there are large segments of English society too who hold the same anti-semitic views. It's rather fashionable these days, is it not.

CornishDaughteroftheDawn · 30/04/2026 16:38

I would really like it if all the geniuses in this thread (and Dave) who think that the police were heavy handed or somehow ‘a bit rough’ with this murderous terrorist, could hold that thought until they have stood in front of a knife wielding murderous maniac with only their wits and a taser with which to disarm him.

Once they have tried it out for size, then they are entitled to judge the police.

Those two were heroes who most likely saved lives while putting their own at risk. They should be applauded not critiqued by armchair jockeys.

We need to let the police get the hang of this, they’re going to need it.

Upstartled · 30/04/2026 16:38

Gosh, all these hard as nails people who would cooly bring down a terrorist without cracking a sweat, are a bit trigger happy with the report button.

I think that's a fair point. I've found the most entrenched, ignorant and bigoted people on this issue to be white and middle class. My Muslim friends can have a reasonable discussion about the situation, and definitely denounce Hamas.

I’m not sure how people are certain re the exact threat posed or what devices someone could have on them in a busy street.

ThatCyanCat · 30/04/2026 16:43

It's about reasonable force with the priority of protecting life. Not minimal - reasonable. And that can be horrid to see. It's still reasonable, though.

Upstartled · 30/04/2026 16:43

And then we find out that this charmer has already been to jail once for stabbing a police officer.

Whysnothingsimple · 30/04/2026 16:43

nomas · 30/04/2026 16:30

Who is this group of people?

People who are anti semetic clearly. People who, instead of praising the police for tackling a terrorist try and turn the terrorist into the victim. People who try and take the spot light away from yet another terrorist attack in Jewish people. People who deny that there is a re al danger faced by Jewish people in this country, people who try and hide their hatred of Jews behind “oh I’m just anti Israel” evil people, So stick anyone who fits the bill into that group.

Someone on here will be a long in a minute to claim he was only trying to give the police officer a hug and was forgetting he was carrying img a knife.

i hope the worm is turning, politicians right across the board (excluding the Greens) are finally waking up to the threat Jewish communities in the UK face and the mainstream media is following suit. We need to ensure that momentum of support is carried forward.

Sometimes the reality of policing is a shock to some people.

PropertyD · 30/04/2026 16:48

I hope the Greens have a massive spotlight put on them over this. Their leader claims to be Jewish but I suspect doesnt practise or maybe he could be lying to ensure that he can bash the Jewish community whilst potentially being one of them.

That’s not what he’s saying though. He’s having a go at people who support Palestinians by saying ‘they hate you all’.

Or are you saying all Palestinians are anti-Semites?

OrangeAxolotyl · 30/04/2026 16:46

Honestly all these anti police idiots should be made to do some police shifts to find out what they have to face (and the fact the idiots make their lives harder). If their kid was getting stabbed in front of them would they like a police officer to employ some calming breathing techniques?

No need for the boys from Hereford.

Where have I said that? Your post makes zero sense?
