AIBU to think my colleague is lying about having two dogs?

I work with a work colleague on a one to one basis however I think she’s lied to me about having 2 dogs (she does have 1) as well as to various other work colleagues.

I lolled at this. I am not the piss troll.

@ThiswasamistakeDr you could be right about Barbara. She borrowed my lawnmower 8 months ago and I still havn’t got it back. I now realise it must be related to Tony two dogs. She’s certainly pulled the wool over my eyes.

If she has a hyperactive dog, and it races around a lot from room to room, I can believe that she thinks that she does have two dogs.

I care. This type of behaviour needs calling out. By not caring, you are enabling these people to continue lying about how many dogs they have. Is that the sort of world you want your children growing up in?

And we're not told what line of work this work colleague works in. She might even be a vicar, demanding honesty and virtue from her flock, but then lying through her teeth about her number of dogs.
