AIBU to think my colleague is lying about having two dogs?

I work with a work colleague on a one to one basis however I think she’s lied to me about having 2 dogs (she does have 1) as well as to various other work colleagues.

Why would she lie
Why would you care

She's got at least one so she has 'dogs'. I fail to see why she'd lie but also why you'd care.

You can get in trouble for using the Dalmations line if it's not an emergency. Honestly we should just join the dots here and realise this situation is barking mad. Or perhaps the OP should call a dogtor and get a Lab report on the alleged dogs(s).
