They fall into two camps:

1. Men who just don’t understand what turns women on. They personally would love a close up pic of boobs/ass/lady parts………. and so presume it would also drive most women wild. Don’t consider that women don’t think and feel the same way they do. Lazy and low effort.
2. Know that most women would be shocked and not turned on by it, but it’s a power play. Attempt at dominance.

I always assumed they are a (lazy?) version of sitting around in a grubby mack waiting to flash passers by.. It was a problem from time to time at the girls school I attended. This sort of crime seems less in the news(or did i disproportionately notice this as a young teen?).
