Yes this is what I've concluded from this thread. I kinda felt that way a bit in the first instance, and I think often times they expect some sort of fawning and praise back. I mean, first of all, there's no romance. We're best friends and that and our sexual relationship are intertwined, so we wouldn't call it friends with benefits either. It's more committed than that. We were talking with other friends, he's a DnD DM and he asked if I'd heard an NPC voice he does, he did it and I liked it a little bit more than I expected, when we all went home we were talking on Discord, originally he was asking where my line was with the jokey flirting we'd always done, but at some point it stopped being a joke for either of us.
