Took my Ddog on a walk around a fairly large lake yesterday morning , it took around an hour
By the afternoon I was tired and yawning lots-4 pm ish. Last night I fell asleep around 9.30
I mean, I could be coming down with something but I don’t think so.

Is this normal? Late 40’s, part time job, one Primary aged child

I would check back with your GP - maybe iron injections might be indicated?

How much overweight are you? Losing weight can definitely increase energy.

I found following a structured and fairly intense exercise regime enhanced not only my fitness but also my energy levels tremendously. Get some dumbbells and check out Growingannanas, Heather Robertson, Caroline Girvan.

What's the plan with your kidney stones?
Do they need treating- maybe with laser to break them up.
Have you seen a consultant?
