Honestly, I think I could just eat a huge bowl of mash from dinner each night and be happy. I might mix it up and have a huge bowl of roast potatoes on some days for a bit of variety.

My favourite go to dinner when DH is out and the kids dealt with is a baked potato with salad, prawns and a lot of butter.

I love potatoes. They one of my absolute favourite foods. Roast, hasselback, chips/fries, boiled with mint, jacket, I love them all.

Almost. Mash is the waste of a perfectly good spud and I make no apology for this.

When we were children, our favourite thing was a bowl of Mashed potatoes, dip in the top which you fill with butter.
You have to eat around the butter, so it doesn’t gush out. But at the end, you have a spectacular butter waterfall and last spoonful of potato. Yum! Last one to breach the butter was the winner!

I have Irish parents, so you might assume I’d love potatoes. But I don’t. I think I had my full growing up, so I’d happily never eat one again. My husband however, loves them in all forms.

Love a tattie, roasted, roast new potatoes, home made chips, jacket pot with beans, cheese, soured cream with chives… yum! The only one I dislike is mashed!

Potatoes are my favourite food. They're just so versatile and yummy. Mash or jacket is my favourite.

I fucking love potatoes, roast, jacket, chip, hash brown, patatas bravas, Canarian potatoes 😍 The only exceptions are any kind of cheesy potato (lactose intolerant) and mash which is the devil’s potato.
