Another clip shows him attempting to stand between federal agents and a person one of them has just shoved to the floor. Videos from the scene appear to show Mr Pretti beings restrained on the ground, with claims by the Department of Homeland Security that he "brandished" a gun being slammed as "lies" by critics, including the victim's family. Claims a man fatally shot by federal agents in Minneapolis posed an immediate threat to officers are "sickening lies", his family has said in a statement. "Alex is clearly not holding a gun when attacked by Trump's murdering and cowardly ICE thugs. "He has his phone in his right hand and his empty left hand is raised above his head while trying to protect the woman ICE just pushed down all while being pepper sprayed," the family said in a statement. “Please get the truth out about our son... He was a good man,” the statement adds.

It is an absolutely genuine picture as it was a frame taken from one of the videos which were shot. In fact if you watch the video taken by the lady in the pink coat, you will see the shot for yourself.

No they should be as some of the illegal people are indeed violent criminals. Walz and co need to tell the locals to stand down, ICE are active in many places and it's only Minneapolis they seem to have such a carry on with agitators.

I think that whatever the problems with ICE and their mistakes the amount of fearmongering over Trump being a dictator is hyperbolic.
He has frequently talked about Vance or Rubeo being his successors and there's no reason to believe that he will not leave.
