The Times article suggests Mr P can help launch BB & set him earning serious £. He’s helped others who have married in to the clan. BB perhaps not having his own name fully at his disposal perhaps threw a spanner in planned works & he was angry. I can imagine him sitting with P family lawyers…

Any just points he made were lost by trivial examples he made, IMO, & the stated fact, Mum dance awkwardness the worst tragedy ever anyone had to endure.

Agree entirely with @Glumgal . Many of the stories on BB are linked to his shyness, his anxiety and his difficulty with being in the public eye. Unfortunately that was the life he was born into. The security they put round him and the control they put on his activities? What else could they do? It was to control and limit photos etc, no different to what the Royal Family have done. The brand thing ? Well of course that was done and I expect by the lawyers. It's easy to say it's a control from VB. Of course it's a control as the kids get older and start up their own lives the lawyers are telling them to protect them and stop others taking advantage.
He's married into a ruthless family though and the Beckham's just don't fit in. They've been used to being the bigwigs and in US they mean nothing. I expect like all families, where there is a big financial difference, that's very difficult. NP is clearly also controlled.
Best thing is to let him get on with it. He may realise what an idiot he's been.

Agree, but I think the cultural gap may be the bigger issue. The Beckhams have about half of Nelson’s wealth, poss a bit over half, & are half his age more or less. They’ll only get richer.

Have you seen everything that people have said about Nicola..from 10 years ago to now.. even her ex's mum has contacted Victoria as she knows what she's like..if he had such a big problem with his family..sit down with them,with solicitors if needs be and thrash it out..there was no need for this big drama..I like the Beckhams as a whole and I hope for his sake billionaire Nicola sticks around for him

Agree. They came from fairly normal UK backgrounds. I have no idea what dance VB did but I expect we've all done the same and will likely do it again. My nephew got married in October and me and his mum definitely took over the dance floor 😂

I imagine BB’s defence might be, if faced by this good evidence, that things weren’t so very bad at the mill, he HAD to do this & put on a happy front! He says his parents love was determined by his compliance!

His press release did not read as if he had written it himself. It looks to me that he was guided in the expression - I'm not saying it was his wife, but I'm sure they have people able to phrase it for them. I think he's probably easily influenced l, which is kinder than saying controlled. I think the best thing for the Beckhams is to simply say they regret the estrangement and the door is always open for Brooklyn and Nicola to reconnect with the family. Any further revelation/allegation from Brooklyn and his wife should be met with no response.

Why are people constantly harping back to money, money doesn't buy happiness as we can see from Brooklyn's statement. Maybe he wanted a normal childhood, which he wasn't allowed.

And saying he can't have done the statement himself, it must have been Nicola, because he's a man that has been taken from his poor family by the cruel, jealous wife. Like men can't think for themselves.

Also saying his parents love him, like he should be grateful that they brought him into the world. They sold his childhood and plastered his face all over the media for money, they gave him no privacy, everything he's failed at has been publicly ridiculed(people on here are doing exactly that) because he's had no privacy as his parents are obsessed with promoting Brand Beckham and using him from the moment he was born.

Also the constant bashing of him and his wife by the press (so obviously Beckham PR) is just proving him right.

This is nonsense. People are actually looking to build a scenario here when what they are doing is quite normal. This is a huge recognition for Victoria. Its perfectly natural that her children and husband would be there to support her, and if they have good relationships with the significant others, that the invitation would be extended to include them as well. Saying it shows that they move at all times in a group is a stretch. They all look pretty happy to be there, its a once in a lifetime occasion and maybe just maybe, its also their way of showing solidarity VOLUNTARILY. Its perfectly possible that she has an entirely different relationship with these girlfriends and that they would want to show some support. I dont get all the Beckham hate, they seem to be a close and loving family. Im sure they have made major parenting mistakes - havent we all, but they seem to have tried their best for their kids.

It's powerful if you discount the few unnecessary examples about the dance, the dress. He weakened it with those, he should have stuck to his own point of view.

He is saying that as a child he was exposed too much to the media, that is a fact. His sister is going through the same thing right now, they've not learned. He says he suffers from anxiety, who could blame him there. That it's all about the brand, doesn't look like he's wrong there, see yesterday's pap walk in France.

I really think it's disgusting how some of VB's fans tried to push her music as a show of support. Absolute bullying from grown adults.
