To think we should ban the term ‘globalise the intifada’

After the terrorist attacks in Manchester and now Bondi, I struggle to see how this term is anything other than a call to violence against Jews. We should be cracking down on it, in the same way we do other hate and violence inciting speech.

A really good speech by Iman Tawhidi on the Bondi Beach attack and also explaining what "Globalise the Intifada" looks like in reality.

Demanding sympathy for Jewish lives lost, yet having none for Palestinian lives ...honestly mind blowing

It's not a lack of sympathy, it's a disagreement about who is ultimately to blame for the loss of Palestinian civilian lives.

The people who killed them are responsible. And given how many were children, it's abhorrent.

Is there any evidence that the Bondi Beach killers were influenced by that phrase?

The word intifada refers specifically to resistance against the illegal Israeli occupation of Palestine, not to action against jews generally because of their enthnicity.

That’s a highly selective definition that makes no sense in the context of ‘globalising’. How would you globalise the intifada if it was simply resistance to illegal occupation in Gaza and the West Bank?

Say what. Gaza hasn't been occupied by Israel since 2005

It's a war, in a very dense urban area. Wars are very ugly, which is why it's unforgivable that Hamas started this one.

The IDF is not deliberately targeting civilians, this is yet another piece of propoganda that has helped whip up antisemitism globally, with the devastating, lethal outcomes we've seen from the US to Manchester to now Bondi.

I'm afraid you have fallen for Israeli propaganda, as the IDF are definitely targeting civilians. Pretty much the entire world, of all persuasions, nationalities and beliefs, sees this. NGOs, visiting medics, the world press, an overwhelming agreement. Only those doing the massacring disagree.

By pressuring other countries' governments to withdraw support for Israel? (eg banning arms sales).

But what do mean by selective? I can't find any reference anywhere to it meaning anything else.

Another naive one. When will you people get it. 7th October was planned to heap heat on Israel. Zero fucks were given for lives lost including the filthy terrorists own people. They don't give a toss about their own 'martyr' fatalities and the more children, the better for them because that's what they banked on. All that matters is killing jews. Globally. WAKE UP. There is NO retaliation. Everything with them is proactive ffs.

Nope, anyone who hasn't been brainwashed by being called infidels, disagrees with you.your support is also wavering.

What do you mean by there is no retaliation, it's not clear from what you say?

Why don't you watch the Official Statement by The Global Imams Council video (linked to above) if you can't understand the link to that phrase.

You say terrorists are retaliating for Israel killing Gazans. The complete opposite. The terrorists are getting exactly what they wanted. You really believe they are picking up weapons in Australia and London to avenge their countrymen being killed? I'm being perfectly clear. Israel could leave themselves wide open tomorrow without attacking and defending their people. Once they are taken out the rest of the 'infidels' are next. That includes you and me and our families. The world should be thanking Israel because rest assured, they are the last wall of defence.

Some sick individuals who support Islamic terrism think killing Jewish people on Bondi Beach is acceptable. Jewish people in Australia have done NOTHING wrong. Being Jewish should not mean being blamed for a war. It's not their fault.

A very brave man saved more innocents being killed. Hopefully, his message of love for the Jewish community will rise above the chanting of "globalise the intifada' sick individuals.

Who would ever have guessed that in 2025 parts of the British left would have so much in common with Hitler's nascent Nazi party of 1925.

Imagine what a cheery evening a group of Palestine Action members could have with a group of Brownshirts, discussing the evils of global Jewry over a few beers.

Here's the mother of Matilda, btw, speaking of how the gunman deliberately aimed for her.
The came to Australia from Ukraine thinking they'd be safe, and gave her the most Australian name they could think of.

https://x.com/HeidiBachram/status/2000958474402861498

Absolutely tragic. I am crying.

How can anyone deliberately shoot at a 10 year old Australian girl, and how can anyone else even attempt to justify this?

This is the consequence of 'globalising the Intifada'

1dayatatime · 16/12/2025 21:35

singmoon · 16/12/2025 20:45

What the fuck.

I think there is a growing realisation that many of the pro Palestinian lobby don't care that much about innocent civilians being killed in a war, otherwise they would be out protesting about the Sudan conflict where more civilians have been killed in least two weeks than in two years of conflict in Gaza or the ethnic cleansing of Afghans by Pakistan or the concentration camps of Uighurs by China.

Whether knowingly or through ignorance what motivates the pro Palestinian lobby is a hatred of Jews, a cause that brings together the anti semetic left and the Islamists. This is clearly spelt out in the chants of "to the river, to the sea" and "globalise the intifada " as well as the ripping down of posters of the hostages.

More and more ordinary folk are beginning to see this about the pro Palestinian lobby.
