To wonder which celebrities you’d gladly give a metaphorical slap, if there were no consequences?

Not endorsing violence obviously but if it were just a harmless slap on a fantasy level - no consequences, no scandal, just vibes, who would be on your list?

Mine would be:

  • Trump - not technically a celeb but come on.
  • Diddy - no notes needed.
  • Jay Z - eternally smug and cheated on Beyoncé? Slap.
  • Kanye - not even sure where to start.
  • Chris Brown - this one’s personal, we all know why.
  • Kendall Jenner - something about her is just rude.

AIBU to think some people’s energy is just slap-worthy?

Meghan Markle and her dumbkopf husband.

Because she has turned on JK Rowling in the most horrific way - the woman who launched her whole career- and while mildly engaging as a child actor, is an insipid adult handmaiden, champagne socialist, peddler of luxury beliefs, crap adult actress twat !

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

NagathaCrispy · 15/12/2025 09:30

Claudia Winkleman - that bloody fringe ARGH!!!
Donald Trump - no explanation needed, just vile on every level
Kier Starmer
Simon Cowell
People who abuse blue badge and child parking in supermarkets

....... I'm sure I'll think of lots more later ...... but they'll do for a start.

Edited as I changed my mind I don't want to slap anyone. But I would like to bury Vladimir Putin up to his neck in quick-setting cement.

Edited

Probably from the hips down - somewhere in Africa where there are vultures -

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 15/12/2025 09:40

Kirstie Allsop
Amanda Holden
Lorraine Kelly
Alison Hammond
Nigel Farage obviously, though slapping is too good for him
Richard Osman
Probably too many others to mention…

Bit niche but Paris Munroe. (Kerrang radio presenter.) Goes on and on about being trans/non binary, autistic, her ADHD and anxiety. Luckily she only does the weekends so it's easier to avoid her, although she covered for Loz Guest one week (he does weekday afternoons and he's my favourite 😅) and I was sick of her by the end of it. (She's female, to remove any doubt.)

I haven't seen Sandi Toksvig mentioned, did a book about important women and included a man.

The other people I want to slap have been mentioned.

Trans people DO get hate. Where have you been hiding all these years? I'm somewhere under the trans umbrella (but not FTM or MTF trans) and I understand that everyone has their views. However, as soon as someone starts being hateful and honestly dangerous to the LGBTQ community, then yeah, I'll call them out on it because why does it matter so much that people identify differently to the majority of the population? If people are that bothered about what's in other people's pants, then that says more about them

Womens rights to sex based protections matter. That is not hate.

Housewife2010 · 15/12/2025 10:44

All four leads in The Holiday. All so irritating. They make a fluffy festive film unwatchable for me.

Ukefluke · 15/12/2025 11:11

@GarlicBreadStan Regardless of what JK has or has not said, Expressing that women have rights to sex based protections is not hate. Attempting to remove or circumvent these protections is however misogyny.

Also fed up with older woman and their plastic surgery. Bloody kylie minogue looking like my 17 year old at 57. I actually think it’s pernicious as normal women simply don’t look like that over 50 and it’s rammed down our throats as normal when it’s bloody not. The bar is now entirely unachievable

😮

is it his voice?

It's his report on a lesbian festival in USA which imploded and his failure to see that part of the problem was caused by male lesbians

https://theweek.com/feature/1020838/jk-rowlings-transphobia-controversy-a-complete-timeline

Just have a look at this article. She does say some very transphobic things

Do you not think that after years of the most hideous threats against you and your children you might start to be a bit anti the people doing those things? She doesn't hate on people like Blaire White or Fionne Orlander or Buck Angel, and once sent roses to a trans YouTuber who stuck up for her (Rose of Dawn.)

Turnitoffnonagain · 15/12/2025 15:46

Not really a celeb, but Undead Becky on Coronation Street. Probably be a long queue, though.

I was just about to say her but I had a senior moment and couldn't remember her name. Her and her minge candles.
