Sorry for the Daily Fail link, but this is the third video I've seen over as many weeks with this woman acting oddly possessive over Arianna.

They both seem unhinged to me. I would assume some sort of OCD with the necklace thing. Cynthia is incredibly talented but obviously a bit kooky. Or they just do slightly odd things on the press rounds because they know it will garner attention. It's like they are both slightly in character still.

Exactly. I called her out. Referring to the very much talented black woman as “this woman” and disparaging her. Yet can name Ariana clearly and act like she’s some little lamb. How vile.

I've thought the same the last few days. They both keep crying during this press tour aswell. They're probably exhausted.

I read Ari has PTSD, I'm sure she doesn't mind Cynthia touching her so much as I presume it would have stopped by now.

I thought Arianna's speaking voice was really different aswell, but read she speaks softly like that to protect her vocals.

I didn’t know who Cynthia was until she was on Strictly. I haven’t seen Wicked. I knew who Ariana Grande was from the awful bombing and older scandals. I was shocked when I saw her after Wicked as she so clearly looks like a shell of her former self.
I can’t comment on Cynthia as I don’t know how she used to look/usually looks. I would say I would struggle to remember her name as it’s only through one appearance on Strictly that I know her. She’s clearly well known to others, given her reception on Strictly. I would only probably only recognise her on Strictly or with Ariana Grande. Though if Ariana changed her hair and put on weight I wouldn’t recognise her either.

AG was subject to a terror attack at one of her concerts. She has PTSD.
She has partnered up with another woman for a huge film and the OW, Cynthia has seen how fragile AG is/was and she has been a huge support for her.

I think Ariana is a very vulnerable young woman since her concert in Manchester and the bombing , the other actress does seem overprotective at times but who knows what is happening behind the scenes maybe Ariana is happy with it ?

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to mention how painfully thin they look when they star in and are promoting a film which has young girls as a target audience.

After the pic of Michelle Yeoh also looking ill came out, someone said it reminded them of the 90s show Ally McBeal where the women in the cast were ‘competitively anorexic’, i.e. battling to see who could be the thinnest. The cast came out years later to talk about it and I suspect we’ll hear the same about this movie in due course.

I think its unreasonable (and fucking gross) to comment on women's bodies without any idea of what they are going through, regardless if they are in the public eye or not.
