and not telling anyone, even my husband?

Is anyone else in this boat?

I've just ordered them today. My husband is dead against them. Work colleagues would probably be supportive though as half of them are on it.

I've tried everything to lose weight but food is just a crutch for me. I'm much better than I used to be but I'm a sugar addict and struggle with portion control. I've got a lot of trauma from having food restricted as a kid. As an adult I've dealt with the mental health side but just cannot lose the weight! I have tried literally every single diet you can think of. I've had a PT. I go to the gym regularly and walk the dog and play with my children. I just cannot lose the weight... It's either this or WLS...

I'm 5 stone overweight and miserable about my body and just want to change.

If you have them genuinely prescribed and take them responsibly then it’s no int else’s business.

lies / dishonestly / with holding important info in your relationship is something only the two ppl in it can decide / agree upon

I've lost 6 stone on wli and haven't told anyone, I just said I've cut out the crap which is true, the injection is just liquid willpower.

I've gained and lost the same 3 stone so many times over the years so people who know me are used to my weight changing, I've never lost this much though and am the lightest I've ever been in my adult life and I've noticed that people hardly comment now whereas I'm the past they've always mentioned my weight loss, I'm guessing they suspect injections as so many people are on them nowadays.
On the school run there are quite a few fellow parents who are suddenly much slimmer so I imagine they're using wli too.

Exactly my point! We all assume that someone who loses alot of weight is on wli so there is no "secret". What would be astonishing would be someone losing weight without wli now that the jabs are available.

Interesting that some people can’t differentiate between “secret” and “private”. It’s not a secret, it’s private medical information that no one is owed or should be intrusive enough to question someone about.

No one cares what people assume, as long as they keep their assumptions to themselves.
