If you could wake up tomorrow with a specific singer’s voice, whose would you choose and why?

Inspired by another thread, mine would be Karen Carpenter.

I saw this thread directly underneath the thread about Karen Carpenter!

I don't think her voice would suit me. My choice would be Leona Lewis.

Whitney Houston would do for me.

If it had to be a woman, probably Sarah Connolly.

Karen Carpenter is a good call. I love her voice. But I'd probably pick Judith Durham.

I think it would have to be Whitney or Celine. So that I could belt out some power ballads and give it some real welly.

Kristen Cruz - saw her audition on AGT where she sang 'I See Red' and thought her voice was just phenomenal!

I wondered about the power ballad women but I just love how easy and effortless it sounds to Karen Carpenter.

If I had to choose a male voice, I think I’d plump for Marvin Gaye.

Whilst there are many amazing singers, I am quite happy with my own singing voice, even though it cannot be counted amongst anything with 'amazing' in the same sentence.
