Not so far (64). Bumped into an old old friend from the 1980s - so my eldest is same age now as I was then. He said I just hadn't aged like he had. He's balding, bit of a beer belly and grey, so yes he did look his age, but is still an amazingly interested and very kind person.
I also went into a big outdoor bar, it was a beer festival, I was wearing my leathers as I'd arrived by motorbike. It was a real flash back to the 80s, as I know the leathers suit me and make me look taller, slimmer and younger and I can still charm with my dimples according to DH - but about 3 of the male bar tenders rushed to serve me despite a queue, just as would have happened to me 40+ years ago. DH found it hilarious, but appreciated not queuing.
(OK I so do dye my hair about twice a year - I'd been to a posh do about a month previously so had far less grey hairs, but I'm a good 2 stone heavier than I was back then. I stay out of the sun, don't do beach or foreign hot country holidays, cover up/ slap suncream on and wear a hat, and avoid frowning so less wrinkles than many of my friends, but I think the key is smile lots and be pleased to see people, interested in them, and above all be kind and those are winning qualities)
Edited to add I agree about the confidence. In my 20-40s I was mega confident.
I've had to work on it since.
