It’s a no from me and that’s from personal experience.

We had booked out a venue for an event for approximately 20 people (old smallish shabby chic country house hotel which we used previous years), deposits paid, invites sent out etc. TK & company bought out the venue and agreed to honour the booking … but only if we agreed to an approximately 400% supplement per person £££££. Hasten to add we politely declined and the event for that year ended up cancelled as we were unable to secure another venue.

Funnily enough he has since sold the venue as he wasn’t securing enough bookings to keep it viable.

He gives me the shudders and not in a nice way. I find him greedy, over priced and a touch smug.
