The sexiest chef is surely Jean-Christophe Novelli? But I do have a soft spot for Matt Tebbutt (sp?). He'd be a good laugh in the pub.

DH is very attuned to male sexpots for a straight man. And a foodie.

He got a hug from Raymond Blanc at some student thing in Oxford in the 1990s, but has always claimed RB only does the Franglais accent for the cameras, as he’s been living in England for so long he probably sounds like Mary Berry.

That comes at a cost though, namely that he seems to live predominantly off misshapen root vegetables.

My daughter worked in one of his many restaurants in our town when she was in the 6th form (as did everyone else pretty much at her school) - he paid them above MW and treated them pretty well - they all had proper contracts etc. She didn’t work in the H&F so he didn’t cook where she was but he came in with his son to eat v frequently and was always pleasant.

on a negative he parked massively badly next to me recently so I had to climb in through the passenger door (knew it was his car as he came and got in just after I’d climbed into my drivers seat).
