Firstly, I'm a trans ally

Everyone is up in arms about trans women. What seems to be forgotten these people are human beings. Where is humanity. You have probably been sharing toilets and coming into contact with trans women every day and have no idea. You only hear about the few bad ones. In a public toilet, you go into a cubical and pee. Its not like you're sat there in full public view with your knickers at your ankles.

What has been forgotten also, as many females are changing to. So trans men. So you're in hospital in a ward. The woman in the next bed, identifys as George, clit is now a penis fully working and you're in the next bed! Same person can wander around female only spaces as the law has changed. George can now only be searched by a female. By the way George a transgender man is a pervert! All hypothetical but nobody has brought this up.

I do believe that sex and gender are two different things and that sex is binary. I also know that you can't change sex.

Wanting to protect my rights and my safety as a woman does not mean I hate trans people.

Please buy a biology GCSE book and acquaint yourself with the basics of biology. Humans like most mammals have binary sex, either male or female AND they cannot change between the two. And as a menopausal woman no I don't want to be having a menopausal flood in a toilet next to some badly made up bloke in a dress, be in hospital next to any man dress or no dress, or be caught in a communal changing room with a man. Ever.

Trans women cannot come into women only spaces.

Trans need a third space. Carve out their own instead of being macarons women's space.

This is great for trans men too ( women who say they are men) as it means those with a GRC retain their sex based rights. This is important when it comes to employment and maternity for example.

I'll never have a problem with women using women's spaces. I don't care how they're dressed, what kind of medical procedures they've had or what they call themselves. I just can't stress enough how little these superficial, surface level things matter to me.

This is the type of ridiculous hyperbole that's contributed to the current standoff and why women have been forced to become more militant about protecting their rights.

GC women don't "hate" trans people.

However, GC women do care about the rights and safety of women. And amazingly, we can do this at the same time as recognising that it's difficult for individuals who identify as trans.

But no matter how difficult things may be, male-bodied individuals STILL can't have access to our single-sex spaces.

The fact that is being described as "hate" tells you everything you need to know about the inherent dishonesty in the trans community.

Oh, and also, we don't care how many genders there are, how long they've been in existence, or how many genders someone has. The only thing that matters in terms of protecting women's safety and privacy is biological sex. Gender is irrelevant as it's nothing more than a feeling.

OP have you actually seen pictures of the fake penises and vaginas - they are awful. The fake vagina is a wound that is constantly trying to heal and has to be kept open.
They are no longer fully functioning genitals.

The existence (for those who believe in this) of "multiple genders" doesn’t mean humans can change sex. They can’t. However for the younger trans identifying people they have been told by allies, trans rights organisations etc that they will be harmed, they are at risk of suicide, they will be banned from public spaces. No wonder they are freaked out, and shame on the adults that told them lies.
