To not want to date men who earn less than me, even if they’re kind?

I’ve worked hard for a certain lifestyle and I don’t want to feel like I have to downgrade. It’s not about love, it’s about compatibility. AIBU or does that make me a snob?

Imo that’s needlessly nitpicky, as I doubt OP is unaware of any of that.

It’s obvious, to me at least, that OP means she wants a partner that wants and can afford to do the same things she wants and can afford to do. As such, she’s not going to date men that can’t.

This is a discussion. We're giving OP things to think about. If she's already thinking about them, great, but if not then maybe it's helpful to her.

She posted for a reason. If she was so certain she was 100% going about it right, would she have bothered posting for discussion?

Honestly, no, you're not being unreasonable. We all have different things that we look for in a partner and this is just yours, no big deal. If we were friends though, I would give you this advice: Give someone a chance even if they're not perfect because the love of your life might be having a rotten few months and you wouldn't want to miss him by accident. Happy dating!
