AIBU to feel completely distressed by the viral video of the aftermath of onlyfans worker Lily P 'sleeping with' 100 men?

MumOfOneAllAlone · 11/12/2024 09:48

I've tried to word this carefully.

Lily, an onlyfans star, aged 20something I'm guessing, slept with 100 men in one go, as part of a documentary.

Following this, she's on camera crying. She says her eyes hurt as some of the men ejaculated in them, despite her saying no.

My heart is broken for this girl. Im a feminist but I've never thought of sex work as being empowering?

Surely, the empowerment of sex work has failed this poor girl? And surely the 100 men who agreed to do this are criminals???

I'm so angry. You could see in the video that Lily is realising what a mistake this was and is very traumatised.

Anyway, didn't see a thread on this so thought I'd post. My heart goes out to her, and my brain feels very angry at those who failed to protect her.

Am I being totally naive, but surely condoms were part of the deal?

Ytcsghisn · 11/12/2024 18:18

She’s not a ‘worker’. She doesnt work for a living. She is a prostitute monetizing herself on camera. Sells the video. Then turns up crying like she’s a victim.

Did they force her?

How gullible are people falling for this nonsense and making a greedy prostitute into some kind of victim.

TheSilkWorm · 11/12/2024 18:20

I've watched a bit of her documentary. She is not a fragile duped victim. She's very au fait with the whole porn world. She's clearly very experienced even in a year. She's found her niche which is gang bangs. The more extreme she does it the more interest and the more money she makes. Her parents aren't involved in her business. We can hypothesise til the cows come home about why she is hyper sexual but she clearly is. I don't believe her tears after the 100 men were from trauma, I think she was knackered, overwhelmed and sore. Hardly surprising given the physical toll of what she did.

There is a lot of projection and made up bollocks on this thread.

Obviously on mn all women r innocent vulnerable victims who cannot think for themselves and need a man to guide them. In every single decision and all people with mh want to do this kind of stunt while all men r evil predators including dads sons uncles brothers of each poster lol

Thank you for making it clear that you have no interest in a nuanced debate, really saves time for people who are following the thread.

She is also showing absolutely zero signs of being manic, psychotic or mentally ill in any way.

Miri13 · 11/12/2024 18:23

It was her choice to do this, so no, I don’t feel sorry for her. It was PR for her and Only Fans. So empowering…..,.anything for likes or money these days. And to use the term Traumatised is an insult to people in war zones.

I agree. I’ve watched a few of her podcasts and her body language gives her away a little. She knows what she is doing is wrong

Extreme promiscuity like this is nearly always a trauma response to historic CSA.

Do you say the same about extremely promiscuous men? There’s plenty of famous ones who claim to have slept with 500-1000 women or more. Are they CSA victims too?

There is strong evidence that CSA leads to disordered sexual activity as an adult. In both males and females. Similar outcomes with neglect and other forms of abuse, it impacts on a humans ability to relate to others.

user1471538283 · 11/12/2024 18:26

She worries me. She clearly has mental health issues. I don't know what she expected? To be treated like something special? Of course the men were revolting.

She needs support to recover from this and to never do anything like it again. I doubt she will. She's got attention and will want more.

I've just googled her and I think she's the same one who likes to take the virginity of 18 year old boys in exchange for filming it and posting it online. I think she's also a groomer and exploiter of very young adults. She's got a very warped way of thinking anyway.

I'd put money on there being a reason for this and that reason won't be because she had a stable, loving upbringing with good male role models in her young life...

Another way of looking at it is she has done it and now she has people calling her "revolting" and "vile" online. If she tried to go back to uni, get a normal job, date someone etc this will always be there and the only way is to continue.

The ladies of MN as a small sample of the Internet show that people are not kind.

No, condoms were not part of the deal at all, actively discouraged and from her previous "work" men don't wear them.

One man specifically wanted to be the 100 or 101 shagger, as he wanted to go down on her....

The "she must have been a victim of CSA" is bollox, abuse and abusers don't necessarily follow, she might just be very very highly sexed.

Hayley1256 · 11/12/2024 18:34

She's also online saying she wants round sleep with 1000 more - I really don't know what's going on in her head

Says an awful lot about the males we have raised, she has 1000s of applicants for the chance to fuck her.

I've just got to the bit where she said she's bought 200 condoms to make sure she has enough. Where did you read/see that they were discouraged?

Nope, I'm not saying let's all be kind and make daisy chains.

I'm saying we should ALL acknowledge the part that we play in this narrative.

Can you disagree with me saying that a lot of responses on the thread have been extremely negative?

Can you disagree that the Internet ensures that nothing is ever forgotten?

Can you see a way that this woman could back down from this and live a normal life?

So you are telling those of us who feel negative about her behaviour to shut up? That we aren't allowed to voice our opinion?

So if a man in his 20s was repeatedly filming himself taking the virginity of teenage girls would you say the same? Poor guy, he probably didn't have a loving upbringing with good female role models. Or would you just think he's gross 🤔?

They did use condoms.

in the documentary the cameraman actually retches at the sight and no doubt smell of all the condoms on the floor 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

And would a 23 year old male be called "just a kid" or "a poor young boy"? 🤔

Startinganew32 · 11/12/2024 19:31

Some highly promiscuous people might be CSA victims but saying this is “nearly always” the reason is rubbish. Loads of male celebs brag about bedding loads of women - Tyson Fury, Mick Jagger, Huw Hefner - am I meant to believe they are probably victims of sexual abuse? Some people like having sex with loads of people it seems.

No, I'm asking for you to look at the wider causes of that behaviour.

101 people (plus 36k subscribers) felt that thus was an OK thing to do.

Let's look at that and not villainize one of those 36101 people.

Let's have a conversation rather than a witch hunt.

MumOfOneAllAlone · 11/12/2024 19:37

I think that as a grown woman it's weird to look at a 23 year old who is crying after realising the reality of her situation, who says she disassociated from her body and doesn't remember the tens of people using her to masturbate with, and feel negatively and unkindly towards her.
