Went on a third date with a man, and for relevance we have not had sex yet.

The conversation kind of shifted to exs (it was relevant) and he said he broke up with his ex as it became apparent she only wanted two things:

To live with him rent free
To have an incredible dicking every day (which he followed up with yeah I know that sounds big headed)

I just kind of said “oh right” and changed the subject. Maybe he is fantastic in bed, maybe not, but it definitely gave me the absolute ick.

It's always disappointing when you've made it to date 2 or 3 and then a man does something like this.

I remember going on date 2 and towards the end after dinner we were walking to the tube, we passed an Ann Summer's shop (back when they were still around) and the date made some coarse comment about the outfits that he thought was really funny.

I just hailed the next black cab that passed, got in it and never spoke to him again.

Smut and the like can be sexy - but only when you're really into that person and it's a joke. Not like this. It's gross and very squirmy-inducing.

Off subject but I was once getting a pedicure and the therapist was male. Liked to chat, unfortunately. Anyway chatting about TV shows and we both liked said show and he exclaimed the below several times, very loudly:

I was aghast! Husband and and I now use this phrase quite a lot and have a good chuckle.

I think it’s very hard to know without having more context about him ax a person. On the one hand he sounds like a tool, on the other, it is just about conceivable that some men may not want to be with a woman who isn’t bringing anything to a partnership beyond sex, at least not long term. If there is a scenario where he’s working hard to fund everything and is tired etc it is sort of possible to imagine.

but then again, on balance of probability him being a massive tool is most likely.

I was on a 3rd date with a guy (35yo for context), the date was dinner and a movie at my place, anyway I was shattered from work and during the movie I yawned to which he stuck his finger in my yawning mouth and said "yawn r**e".
