Laura, @Imbluedalale , I’m so sorry I couldn’t check in on house view day yesterday, but I’m so excited to see the photos, and hear how delighted you are.
Your house is gorgeous! I am so excited for you. You, spoon and children will have a lovely secure home! You are strong, you’re going to have your children with you and do good things. I am thrilled at how this has worked out, what a turnaround. I just want to cheer and dance around!

You're so strong and YES to you getting back to you and your children having a happy mum. I bet that'd be the best gift ever for them. Your poor DD, I'm sure she has some of her mum's strength and will get through her OCD and everything. That sounds so hard. What a hideous man your ex is saying you wouldn't be strong enough to fight cancer. You're proving him wrong every step of the way only you're doing it for YOU and for your children. The fact he'll be spitting feathers to see you happy is just the cherry on top 😆.

I've had an online meeting with our developer and now off to our usual coffee shop to meet my boss. I'm a bit anxious as think my DS is getting around his screen time by logging out of iCloud 😕. It's not very strict at all, just literally overnight. If he is, he's also feeling guilty about it as he's being really nice and helpful. I need to work out if it is likely that is what he's doing and if I can stop him and then talk to him later, I suspect he'll admit straight away as he's not a very good liar. He's being a bit silly and getting quite a few behaviour points at school which I think are in part due to tiredness. Parenting doesn't get easier, does it?! I think the 3 yo is easier at times 😂.

Hi @Ruralretreating , I’m so sorry for the late reply I wasn’t being ignorant but the internet stops working now and again in the hotel last 2 days but I’m just in ambulance now on way to my appointment. Thought I’d have a nice listen to music with my headphones on as daughter fetched them for me last week (ex hadn’t burnt these) and I’m trying to listen to Taylor Swift playlist but ambulance driver keeps talking to me about the most random stuff , he’s telling me how healthy onions are right now 🤣

Awww thank you so much for your lovely comments I’m so very grateful for every kind supportive word said to me . It makes a huge change from before .
So I’ve received confirmation today that the house will definitely be ready on Monday and I’m going to sign and get the keys at 11.50, oh it’s happening and it’s real I’ve just punched myself . Eeekkkk

My ex is already bald and I’m not sure if his dick has fallen off as I haven’t seen it for 5 years . He put a ban on it after something I had done 5 years ago because he was upset with me and decided he preferred it with other people rather than me , but if it hasn’t fallen off I hope it does too xx

Hi spoonies. Had my nails done. Looking forward to the Wicked film coming out, so went emerald green. Don’t have the best of health, but am lucky enough to be financially comfortable, so can treat myself to hair and nails x

Oh sorry should have added this on to other post, but yes I have rang my mum today and had a talk with her and spoke to my dad for a-bit too. I told them I’m upset with them for not supporting me or being there and they said they wanted to be but didn’t know how and my dad said he has been giving me lectures because I was so down and nothing else was working . I told them I was upset that they had been speaking to ex and they told me that they have both had to block ex AND his mum as they kept ringing and messaging them giving them grief and saying awful things about me.
I told them about ex breaking my ribs the time I was in hospital , they was upset about that but they said that other members of the family raised suspicions at the time but they was upset that I hadn’t told them .My dad said I shouldn’t have lied to them about it but I told him that I wasn’t ready to tell anybody at the time it’s taking me years to speak those words aloud and it was my mental health team who brought it up by saying they are aware something is going on and it was that day I broke down to them and told them everything xx
