Is Mother Bitch related to Mother Teresa?

I haven't been to many wedding so don't understand the supposed etiquette of them. My own marriage was very low-key, just half a dozen people in a registry office and a meal with them in the evening.

If it is etiquette for one invitee, being on the bride's table, to be split from their partner, I don't think much of it. Sod "generations of tradition".

I would hate to be left on a table with several people that I didn't know at all and I think, in this day and age, such ridiculous traditions should be abandoned.

Oh dear… this must have been some wedding to have stewed over it for this many months.

Anyone besides me really want to hear the really offensive thing said at the table?
