it is the COUNCIL that has cost itself £63k. At time of complaints they could have told the complainant that whilst he was entitled to his views, she was to hers, and to shut up and get back to work at job he was paid to do (not perhaps literally like that). The COUNCIL has allowed the culture of “authentic self to work” and extend this to craziness of gender woo dogs . All in name of diversity .

If the culture was “ be yourself at home (including dressing up and pretending) , but leave it at the door and act professionally and get on with your job” the complainant would not have tried this on. He was being enabled by the council.
