Well then why doesn't he just say, we will create a third space for that small number we want to protect?!

He said safe spaces, not single sex spaces, and will make the GRC process easier. So he absolutely thinks some men can use women’s spaces. He was clearly refusing to support women.

Yes, but what does he mean by 'protect'? I can totally imagine him saying in 6 months' time "Yes, we are protecting biological women's spaces by not letting men into them. But transwomen are women (even if they are not biological women), so they are not a threat. So it's safe to let them into biological women's spaces."

We need more people like you Jane! Thank you for having the confidence to stand up for women’s rights and call KS out on his sexist gaslighting of biological women in favour of a minority of people (males).
Sex is a biological fact which is irrefutable. It trumps preferred gender identity when it comes to safety.

Angela raynor said on lbc, trans woman's rights are women's rights. She also appeared to be irritated /baffled by the fuss around these "unjustified fears.

we didn't get to hear how he would square the circle of giving GRCs actually, because Jane interrupted him
he has already said there are SSEs in the Equality Act, he needs to be challenged on 'legal sex' and the impact of Stonewall on understanding of the Equality Act
I don't see how you can interpret him saying 'the need for biological women's spaces to be safe' as meaning anything other than that TW with or without a GRC would be lawfully excluded.
