Miracle tits - does partner get to keep them?

Partner has come up with a hypothetical that we (weirdly) don't agree on.

The situation: he wakes up and has a pair of actual boobs. They are normal boobs, fully attached the same way boobs are, and he says they can also help out with breastfeeding. The bonus to him is he gets to admire them. He calls them "the miracle tits".

The disagreement: I say the fictional miracle tits have to go back to wherever or whatever they came from. He says his body his choice, and that they stay.

Who is being unreasonable?

Partner says it's not the same. Apparently that would feel like less of a miracle

DH says he thinks he’d keep them but wouldn’t be up for wearing a bra. I said he’d change his mind the minute he arrived at the gym. Anyway, I digress. I don’t think you can tell him what you want him to do with the miracle tits, unless you’re okay with him telling you what to do with your actual tits (boob job, reduction, underwear preferences etc).

Would the miracle tits look better than my bog standard tits? If they look better they have to go. I can't be beaten by miracle tits.

I used to work with several men (manual workers) and this sort of thing would come up a lot during their break (my office was next to their break room and had paper-thin walls).

They all said they'd love their own pair to play with and admire. It was a subject that came up a lot especially when the reps would bring the latest topless calendar in or if there was a new bloke.

They all seemed like nice, normal and surprisingly respectful blokes compared to the reps and execs who always had to try a stealth grope or would make disgusting suggestions to my face.

I doubt you have the power to make them stay or go against their will.

I'm with him, it's up to him if he keeps them. You can't force him to get a mastectomy if he didn't want one.
But there would be consequences to him keeping them. What about clothes, your level of physical attachment to him, etc? That's even before you get into uncomfortable bras, mastitis, shoulder or back pain, mammograms,....
