I think the time has come to get a bit of magic into our houses without people thinking you are crazy for putting the tree up this early. 🙂

Let's use this thread not to boast but perhaps to give each other some ideas or motivate each other to slowly get into a Christmas mood. It's been a tough year for many myself included and whilst I did take the box with the tree out I am still waiting for this final push to start setting it up/decorating. Would love to see all your beautiful Christmas trees.

The lights are old fashioned incandescent ones, though not v old, (Noma Pickwick). I prefer the more muted colours too. I did wonder if I'd gone a bit overboard and used too many but no one's complained

Thank you, it is from The White Stores during Black Friday. It’s now sold out but if you search “7ft Englemanns Spruce” you may be able to find it at a different store.

I also highly recommend Winter Fir Scentsicles. We used them this year for the first time after seeing them recommended and they smell lovely! I tried some of the other scents, but Winter Fir is the only one we liked. When people see our tree for the first time they assume it’s real and are very shocked when told that it’s not. I think the smell definitely adds to the illusion.

I forgot to include our mini bedroom tree. It’s also artificial but looks realistic-ish. We got teeny 2cm baubles to go with it and found a mini star tree-topper to make it proportionate and I find it adorable. The tree itself is from IKEA.

You don't see them very often now.
They were very popular when I was growing up ( in Ireland ).
We always have a Christmas crib on the hall table.

@LadyEloise1 I have several. I have one on the window ledge as well. It's more important to me than the Christmas tree.
