Am I the only person who thinks Victoria Beckham looked better in her early Spice Girl days...

I don't get why she's so celebrated as a style icon for being skinny. She was lovely and had beautiful facial features in her early fame days

She's been a stick for years. No idea if stories of her eating very little & the same foods for years are true but if so it's very sad. Life is there to enjoy

I don't think it's judging as you imply. It's an observation that's very valid re wider issues. Shes chosen to be a very public figure & style icon. Comes with the territory

Gosh, no, quite the opposite. I would love to hear someone say my youthful body was perfect as it was and I didn't need to starve myself to suit other's expectations.

I don't know about you (and I'm the same age as Victoria) but I look very different now since I was 25 too! She is very open about the fact that she's not a foodie and so doesn't care if everyone else thinks her diet is bland. She clearly likes being thin as she has been very skinny for a long time now. She definitely doesn't come across as someone who doesn't enjoy life to me, even if she's very careful about who she smiles for. She has a freakin amazing life!

Woman in her early 20s looks better than same woman in her late 40s shocker.
She must like how she looks now to have maintained it for so long, I also doubt she cares what random people on the internet think, especially considering she probably looks better than the majority of us at the same age.

It's obviously the look she wants and she must have massive will power to have achieved it, it's not for everyone obviously but many women in the public eye do become thinner as they age

Bloody hell, I'm thinner now than I was in my 20s and I wasn't over weight then . Its her body, her choice
