To think David Beckham just looks like a standardly attractive man?

All these threads about the Beckham documentary and so many people going on about how 'easy on the eye' / beautiful he is.

I'm not saying he's unattractive but I don't get why he's so objectified?

He just looks like any average bloke to me.

Why the hysteria over his looks?

I think he’s fit but I think it’s quite rare for a man to be hot. More women are hot than men. So he gets hyped.

I don't see the draw to him, never did! I remember girls in school going wild over him but I never got it. Now it's even worse with all of the work he's had done, and those glowing teeth! And when he speaks! I'm sure he's a lovely bloke, but certainly nothing special.

Plus, I hate football with a burning passion. If a man so much as says they like it, any interest I've had in them immediately dissolves. Thankfully DH also loathes it and is all the more good looking for it. 🤣

David Beckham was attractive as a young man but I think it was the floppy hair, the 'rock star' aura and footballer fit body that did it really. Facially he was never that handsome, with quite sharp features which haven't aged well. He now has the face he deserves and has looked rather ferret like for a while.
