Just noseying on Rightmove - how did any of this get past building regs? I thought the lack of handrail on the stairs was bad enough until I saw the landing!

The carpets and furnishings are hideous, but I love the house. All those windows and beautiful gardens.
Not a place for young children, the elderly, anyone who sleep walks, likes a drink, has vertigo, and so on.
Me and my cats could be very happy there though.

The kitchen is like the restaurant in a holiday inn from 1992. The carpet - I just have no words. Why is it everywhere in the house? It’s like living in the head of a migraine sufferer.

The narrow, zigzagging catwalk landing with an unguarded 3m drop on either side was just the icing on the cake frankly.

Count me out! I suffer from vertigo and I am still unsteady on my staircase and that is with a handrail on both sides! I wouldn't even attempt that!

The carpets would make me dizzy and I would definitely fall down the stairs! The landing is ridiculous…not safe for any age !
