Just noseying on Rightmove - how did any of this get past building regs? I thought the lack of handrail on the stairs was bad enough until I saw the landing!

I thought that was in some way ‘illegal’- I don’t think they’ll actually be able to sell it as it is.

As a VERY clumsy dyspraxic who struggles with stairs and balance that house would be my worst nightmare
