For context I have been messaging this person and sometimes I don’t reply quickly due to working or other things and this is what he says. Top message supposed to say ‘at messaging’ I’m guessing..I’m mid twenties and he is mid thirties.

Need a hell of a lot more context, if it's a fella you've been on the verge of getting with it just sounds like he's trying to break the sex ice.. it was immature but then again you gotta try. If it's a supposed friend he's tryin it! Not an instant ick or infant, it's a fella tryin, maybe because he likes ya or something.
