How often do you wash your bra??

This afternoon my sister and I were chatting and this came up- she washes her bra's after every wear. I am quite the opposite... my brand's go many many wears between washes and never seem obviously dirty or have any kind of scent.

AIBU and a skanky cow or is she being a clean freak? Just wondering what the general consensus is?

Also to clarify... we had this conversation getting changed at the gym- the only exception to my rule is sports bra's which do get sweaty and are washed after every wear.

After about 3 wears unless exceptionally sweaty day. I call bullshit on anyone who says they wash them daily 😂

Every other day unless it’s very hot or I’ve been getting sweaty in which case every day.

sports bra gets a rinse (in the shower) after every wear. proper wash every week.

normal bra gets 2-3 wears.
sniff test before I get dressed.

Same! That could be one wear, or a dozen.

For normal bras, a week or so unless I'm hot and sweaty. Sports bras get worn once and then washed.

Also agree it's nothing like knickers at all, they get changed/washed daily.

Every 2 -3 wears except in the summer when it’s after every wear.

To me it’s pretty good obvious when it needs washing and I do try not to over wash clothes - bad for the environment and wears out clothes too.

Not very often. Sports bra more often, but not necessarily every time - I exercise solo, not in a gym, plus I am small and unsweaty.

Every three days unless I've sweated in it. If I had sweated in it then I'd wash it that day. I think how big chested you are probably makes a difference, women with a/b cups are hardly going to sweat in the same way as women with much larger cup sizes.

Im a grot bag with bras. I don't care either 😂 my bras are washed very infrequently. Knickers every day. Bras probably every few weeks, I change them to what I'm wearing and then every few weeks wash them all.

After every wear. If I change my clothes for any reason (hot, mucky, going out) I also change my underwear.

I can get a week out of one, easy! I may be a bit scummy though.
I only put it on if I’m leaving the house and take it off the second I get in. That’s just a comfort thing- not cleanliness related.
I wash my body everyday though

I don't have that many, maybe after 3 or 4 uses but I tend to take mine off at home. If I get hot and sweaty then would wash straight away.

Between 3 and 7 days but I don't sweat a lot.
