I wouldn't have called myself a republican before now but I think the 'Queen' Camilla thing has tipped me over the edge.

Pretty audacious considering their history and I think a lot of the public won't agree. I certainly won't be celebrating or even watching coronation.

This is hilarious. I remember at the time him talking about being a Tampax going round in the toilet. He obviously saw himself as a small fish in a big pond.

However, all in the past. As others have posted, we've all said daft things at times and private telephone conversations should not be recorded for public scrutiny.

Also what do you think they meant by ‘keep going’ re the Tampax box comment? As anyone with half a brain can see he said “Knowing my luck I’d come back as a tampon forever swirling around on the toilet surface” (or similar) and Camilla replies he should just come back as a box of Tampax so he could keep going (as in swirling round in the toilet)

Me and DH have countless silly conversations about all sorts, including the other night which Olympic Games would be the worst to compete in when naked (obviously we have excellent craic in the Headstrong house 😂). Imagine what weirdos some people would think we were based off that conversation. It it’s still a private conversation that most normal people have with their OH.
