Are you talking about men specifically here? My (male) partner works in the City, and so do I; the people around us have many different traits as we're not a homogenous mass?

I worked on improving myself firstly, reading more, developing my career (not in finance though) learning new skills. Changing how I socialised, distancing myself from female friends (mixed sex friendships are off-putting for potential partners) reading more, having opinions that were actually mine and not the HR department’s, really working out who I was as a person y’know? And cutting out soy too.

Oh and getting into fights, every man should get into at least one fist fight.
