Having been following the Greta / Tate stuff on a number of different sites (and cheering Greta on so hard!) I see time and time again men (and yes it's men) posting about how if they were allowed their masculinity, Tate wouldn't have the fans but they get told that masculinity is toxic, how it's been taken away from them, how they are an "underclass".

What exactly has been taken away from men?!

As far as I can tell, Tate followers don't like the fact that women will no longer put up with being second class. Won't put up with being harassed or sexually assaulted. Are willing to stand up for themselves and be counted.

Are this section of men really so very weak that they are so threatened by this?

And all his supporters will now see this "G" for what he is - a rapist and trafficker - and they will also see where it gets them.

16 cars and he couldn't get away this time.

Brought down by a 19 year old. #SDE. Love it.

lemmein · 30/12/2022 13:50

I'll never understand why anyone listens to AT - he has the charm and intellect of a potato.

TooBigForMyBoots · 30/12/2022 13:55

He will learn @MissyB1. Teenagers aren't teenagers forever, they learn and grow.

Cherrysoup · 30/12/2022 13:55

He appeals to so many because he’s normally quite careful about what he says and aims at very common themes but I rather think he’s blown it with this bizarre smoking video. H just comes across as an arse.

Absolutely fantastic that this dweeb has been brought down by Greta - and ordering a pizza! Internet gold!

The #SDE will stick forever now. He is the ultimate epitome of SDE.

Hope he rots in a Romanian jail forever.

His new nickname on Twitter is 'Tiny Tate'...that's gotta sting! 🙈

SinnerBoy · 30/12/2022 14:50

He's a slow witted, odious little tick. He was bragging about his W 16 engined car; as the cylinder arrangement on W engine is in banks of 3, it'll be a W 15.

The fucking heed the ball.

Readabookgroucho · 30/12/2022 14:52

He is as thick as mince. He claims to be all for men’s rights but instead uses his platform to exploit them.
Tiny Tate could refer to his intellect as much as anything else.

Mmm, but women didn't, though, did they?

Testosterone is a hell of a drug. I find it interesting that this site acknowledges the clear sex differences between men and women when it comes to trans issues but not when it comes to everyone else...

That's right women didn't dive into the cave but there will be lots of reasons why not, maybe some wanted to and were not invited to help. I don't think I would look at the rescue and use it as an example of positive masculinity but positive humanity. Of course there are clear sex differences between men and women 😏who could deny them? However, both women and men can dive and potentially be part of a rescue mission based on their skill.

A man who goes shopping for his elderly grandmother and takes her to medical appointments also demonstrates positive humanity because he is helping a fellow human being to survive and have quality of life, that's no less masculine or whatever than diving into a cave. Otherwise, are we saying that women who are lifeguards are masculine?

My dh has lots of qualities, some are traditionally seen as 'for women' as he's is fantastic in the kitchen and very tidy and organised others that are traditionally seen as masculine, he loves exploring and travelling in extreme conditions. The fact that he is a decent human being who is comfortable in his own skin doing whatever regardless of expected gender roles makes him attractive and he is manly with it because he is a man.

Seeing the cave rescue as a masculine endeavour is the same thinking as Tate's. Men should be allowed to be human beings and live and express and enjoy aspects of their personality whether it's seen as traditionally masculine or not.

I am glad that Greta's tweet got Tate arrested but personally, I find it low to be talking about small dick energy.

7Worfs · 30/12/2022 15:54

It’s pretty obvious why rescuers, firemen etc are considered masculine - professions and endeavours of that sort require a lot of physical strength & endurance.
An average man with a bit of training can quickly become a high performer, whereas a woman will have to put in a lot more effort to build up the strength, and then continue on to maintain it.
Women in such fields need to dedicate more time, effort and sheer will than their male colleagues. It’s not patriarchy, it’s biology (when it comes to this specifically).

ButterPaws · 30/12/2022 16:09

That's true @7Worfs . What does this then mean for recruiting firemen? I'm sorry I really don't know much about these professions, do women work as firemen and seeing that physical strength is of advantage, what does this mean in terms of equal opportunities based recruitment?

Well you can’t have equal opportunity for ‘strength’ when it comes to recruiting for roles such as firemen/women. It’s just whoever is strong and fit enough to pass the test, and nature hands the advantage for that to men. If a woman measures up and is just as a strong and fit then she won’t be disadvantaged for being a woman, it’s just less likely she will be as strong as the men to start with.

7Worfs · 30/12/2022 16:19

@ButterPaws I’m against lowering the physical criteria in such fields. Often firemen need to carry out people. An averagely built firewoman can put herself/colleagues/fire victims in danger if she can’t carry someone out.
Same for soldiers etc.
It’s doing no one favours to weaken the public service just to appear progressive.

yubgummy · 30/12/2022 17:41

I'll be honest, I wouldn't lose any sleep at all if the fire service were 100% male.

Readabookgroucho · 30/12/2022 18:18

@yubgummy depressing.

Readabookgroucho · 30/12/2022 18:18

@yubgummy depressing.

It’s this sort of fanatic outlook that puts many women off feminism.

Lets have some common sense please - it would be disastrous to lower physical criteria in certain professions that serve the public.
There are strong women who can enter these professions if they want to; it’s also fine if they don’t.
The Fire Service need to put fires out and rescue trapped people, not weaken to appease lunacy.

Readabookgroucho · 30/12/2022 18:18

Realistic. Unless you want your children being ‘rescued’ from a fire by somebody unable to lift them? If so then you crack on.

glittertinsel · 30/12/2022 19:22

What is the point of this fireman derailment? Tiny Tate has nothing to do with fires or anything useful. He is all mouth and no substance. #SDE.

The scene: a burning building, a squad of firemen are battling the flames while one scales up a ladder in a desperate attempt to reach two children trapped in the topmost window. Fireman Andrew stands to one side taking pictures of himself in front of the flames (carefully exposing one nipple for some reason). A cheer rises as the fireman reaches the trapped children and is able to carry both to safety just as the roof collapses. Tate: "yeah, but what colours your Bughaatti???"

There’s a short video online, which I think was taken/posted by Tate showing off his property.

Theres a large tv/projector screen which is showing some sport being played.

There’s also a smaller tv screen, on or just above some type of sideboard, which has a frozen screen showing the infamous photo of Prince Andrew with Virginia Giuffrie - found that a bit blooming creepy, considering what he’s been arrested for.

vera99 · 31/12/2022 08:48

From a contributor to the official Tate Redditt - he is like some sick dystopian progesterone drenched new age god/devil.

you are literally deep in the matrix. start questioning who are the ones behind all the governments, media and pharma. then you will start to notice who are the ones that want to keep you quiet and relaxed by wasting your time in things that doesnt let you progress as an individual. he's important to the people that listen to his based advice. and there's a lot of people that does it. he is literally saving a entire generation from degeneracy and time wasting.

they want to whack him because he doesn't shut up against their tries to make a society full of degenerates and pricks that cant stand to do a single thing for themselves. as i told you they want to keep all the people quiet and obedient to all the degeneracy they want to implement. thats their way of doing it because they are all a bunch of satanist who believe in karmic debt, so they literally have to put the worst in front of you and make you accept it, because thats how their system works. they want to keep you enslaved with debt, thinking about paying taxes and totally compliant on their rules, when all that you should be worrying about should be making yourself better day after day.

if you support these people that literally want you totally enslaved, taking vaxx shots without even questioning whats inside the vials, and believing every thing that they put in front of you, you are literally a part of the problem.

The worst thing that can happen to a government is that the people wake up and start fighting against the degeneration that they try to impose. and tate does everything possible to make that happen, so that people question what is in front of them, so that they stop wasting time and get to work improving themselves, because I can assure you that a wise and strong population is quite difficult to control, but a population that only cares about what is the next movie on Netflix is unfortunately totally screwed.

That is why the government is against him, because he is literally waking up the masses to the total manipulation that is experienced every day perpetuated by these people.

ButterflyOil · 31/12/2022 10:07

@vera99 - Oooo total conspiracy gambit being run there I see. It’s the same thing people would say about Alex Jones, Trump - anyone like that. Always some shadowy ‘they’ who want to stop some fairly unspecified new way of doing things.

I feel bad for people who get sucked into this sort of thinking. At the least there are a lot of strong responses to that post and I believe that’s a pro Tate sub?

yubgummy · 31/12/2022 11:13

@namitynamechange love it 😁

@vera99 You indirectly raise a good point. One of the interesting side effects of everything being online these days is that anyone can just go to reddit/discord/tiktok etc and read directly what the fans are thinking. I find it really helpful to get that kind of inside view. (Actually, that's what originally peaked me with trans stuff - reading trans subreddits and realising how cult-like it was.)

Just like Mumsnet has "what made you peak (re: trans)" type threads - I guarantee somewhere there are threads called "what finally made you realise that AT was actually speaking the truth". Reading through those would probably be quite illuminating. I have a rainy afternoon in front of me, may go digging...! I have so much interest in this topic.
