To ask what exactly Clarkson

Feels Meghan has done to him to justify the vitriol and misogyny of that article he wrote where he’d like to see her naked and assaulted?

I mean WTF? How in earth did a major publication think that it was fine to publish his little sexual fantasy about hurting a woman like that?

I’m no fan of the Royals in any form, and could care less about their infighting, but why are we surprised that there is so much violence against women and girls when this kind of article by an influential man is seen as okay to write?
Where’s his description of a naked, vulnerable Harry being assaulted??

Can we shop using the C word not Clarkson but the two Cs together why do we not have words that are the lowest of the low that don’t refer to female genitalia.
I know Kathy Burke said the same which in the whole context is ironic . We might as well call them Princes because it’s seems thats how they are allowed to behave.

Darlingx · 21/12/2022 08:53

We are in such deep state misogyny that we have the people representing the charities to protect women from the wolves in sheeps clothing feeding the wolves Christmas lunch to keep them consumed I suppose it works as a distraction technique for survival. They must be fighting for their lives right now either that or bequeathed Clarkson chief turd polisher as fits his infamy.

ZeViteVitchofCwismas · 21/12/2022 08:53

@NowDoYouBelieveMe

I think questions need to be asked as to why piers was invited.

He had already pulled the trigger many a time on mm.
Clarkson was as yet an unknown as far as I'm aware. But pier's? An openly rabid hater of mm??

What ln earth was Camilla doing?
Is it not on her radar that she was mingling with a source of pure vitriolic spew for her step daughter in law!

Mummytobaby · 21/12/2022 09:00

Givemyheadpiece · 21/12/2022 08:23

‘Well, them and the palace. He and Piers had a big posh dinner with queen Camilla just two days before he wrote that column ( and months/years after PM ridiculed her daughter in law for having suicidal thoughts).

Seems almost as if the royal family approves of the hatred and essentially encourages it.’

This. That’s wasn’t some huge garden party with 100s in attendance, it was an intimate lunch in a restaurant - the Royals are not oblivious to the press, which journalists write what, their opinions on certain things.
theh have press secretaries, PR people, while teams looking after their image.
Camilla knows the kind of stuff both Morgan and Clarkson say and write about her step son’s wife. And yet they were both there, welcomed with open arms.

This is a good point! PM is well known public hater of MM so why would you invite him. I wouldn’t if it were my son’s wife!

TheaBrandt · 21/12/2022 09:02

It’s insane. Men who randomly kill utterly innocent lovely young women they have never met don’t get this level of public hate 🙄😔

Mrsjayy · 21/12/2022 09:05

I don't think it was Camillas event she was a guest I'm not sure who was hosting? These Do's are all about Status and showing up it would have been bad form.to turn it down. I mean who is inviting Jeremy Clarkson to a .Christmas Lunch that the Queen Consort Is attending.

Mrsjayy · 21/12/2022 09:06

And Piers Morgan

Givemyheadpiece · 21/12/2022 09:12

‘Clarkson was as yet an unknown as far as I'm aware.’

ah, no he wasn’t. His hatred of MM didn’t suddenly surface in this article, he’s been at it from the beginning, but if a trend setter you might say.
The palace knew ExACTLY what they were doing by having those two men invited to that lunch. It’s not a coincidence that it was just before the latest Harry episode released in Netflix.

Givemyheadpiece · 21/12/2022 09:16

There are several publications saying it was a private Christmas lunch hosted by Camilla.

and, let’s for argument sake say it wasn’t her party, do you really think that the palace so t get a say in who attends privates lunches where the King or his wife will be present t? This wasn’t some state dinner, it was a ‘purely private’ affair accordingly to the palace themselves.

I wonder if Clarkson meant Camilla when he said people his own age feel the same way…

vera99 · 21/12/2022 09:21

This feels like a global watershed moment when the tide is turning for H+M the haters have totally overplayed their hand and rather advancing the case for the monarchy post QE2 have damaged it probably irreparably and most certainly outside of the UK where the narrative is freer. The RF have supped with the devil British media to protect the centre and this is the result of that relationship writ ugly and large.

Surely if your going to never complain or explain your actions speak louder than words . Andrew out walking in daylight with a convicted paedophile. Camila Dining with the gutter press. It’s not exactly high ground they are inhabiting out in the open for all to see. I think they must all have a condition like Andrew where you just don’t sweat

TheaBrandt · 21/12/2022 09:33

Why are you saying I don’t see the link between the awfuL piece and violence against women? I just pointed out that numerous male murderers don’t provoke JC types to anger in the way young women do

ZeViteVitchofCwismas · 21/12/2022 09:33

Interesting re Camilla.

So it may not have been her party but she's rubbing shoulders with the no 1 driver of hate towards Megan so much so he lost his job over it??

Really?
What Buffon's run the royals? Doesn't a guest list get shown to them??

Does anyone think I'd Diana was Queen and alive she would have put up with that? Rubbed shoulders with two such men??

ZeViteVitchofCwismas · 21/12/2022 09:34

@Darlingx

It's often said omission is the greatest lie

Nogbreaks · 21/12/2022 09:36

It’s serves the Royals to have men like these stirring up hate against Harry and his wife. While the same publications write fawning articles about ‘Wills and Kate’ and their lovely family, and how ‘down to earth’ they are.
I suppose at least they’re leaving Harry’s children alone, for now anyway.

I had tears reading this.
i can’t imagine how racist you must be to hate a female who may or may not have not have gone about things the right way more than another female child killer.
i know people are racist, I didn’t realise it got this vile.

Nogbreaks · 21/12/2022 09:53

ITV have said he’ll stay in as the host of Millionaire. So that’s nice for them. I wonder if that will affect how many applications they get from women? I wouldn’t want to spend the time with his or sit opposite him, that’s for sure.
Like anything it’s about ££ - he’s tarnished his reputation, I do think people will stop watching as soon as they see his face.
Not to mention he’s a bit of a liability - who knows what he’ll come out with next.

Clarkson was writing in The Sun I refuse to read or link to the piece, giving him and the hate filled paper more internet hits. Try looking at www.thelondoneconomic.com/news/jeremy-clarkson-meghan-markle-the-sun-column-340677/ which is a reaction to his vile misogyny and abusive wet dream. Reports of this have been everywhere and widely condemned in social media so drop the fake wide eyed innocence demanding a link. If you support such sick fantasies then you are no better than Clarkson.

Well said. Why the constant need for links.

She wasn't the host. She didn't invite him. I'm fed up of saying it now.

@CaptainMyCaptain she was the host.
AND if you think the Royals or their private secretaries don’t have a say on who they go to a ‘purely private’ lunch with you probably believe the moon is made of cheese.

Wouldn’t hold my breath. The cartoon with the baby chimp comes to mind when she was pregnant with Archie and recall the hate she got for not wanting to stand on the steps with him. Considering the abuse she got while pregnant, I couldn’t understand why anyone would think she would want to but of course, she should have sucked it up so she could endure more abuse while even in a more vulnerable state.

Funny how the tide has turned..
