Yes I think the video is very disturbing. It’s impossible not to realise how much of a child she was watching that.

That's not correct. Mandy's mother got together with Wyman's son after Mandy and Wyman separated.

Those are the youngest ages for states that have an age, as I said some states, including California, there is no minimum age.

This is age for marriage, not age of consent, that's 18 in California.

Also the USA inherited it's marriage laws from England, at the time that was 12.

Those mediaeval marriages to very young princesses were never usually consummated until the girls were older, though. They were marriages in name only, often to link countries, and avoid wars.
