I will stay as neutral as possible as I genuinely want peoples true opinions.

Person A and person B are in a relationship.

Person A is young, very good looking, has a good body and has 1 young child.

Person B is not good looking, does not have a good body and has a teenager and older child.

Why would person A want to be with person B?

Person A could have their pick but has chosen person B who would struggle to find anyone half decent.

Person B is not rich.

What could it be?
Could it actually be love or do your alarm bells start ringing?

YABU - of course it’s probably love.
YANBU - no it sounds like something other than love.

The only literal "fact" there is the fact one is older. What constitutes a better or "worse body" and who is more or "less attractive" is your opinion. Not fact.

C’mon now.

I love the ‘everyone is beautiful and has a great body’ message.

But you know some people are much more attractive than others.

It’s not a lie to say that Ivanka Trump is much more attractive and has a better body than Donald Trump.

There goes our potential friendship, OP. Worst insult you've expressed to date, accusing me of working for DM.

It's amazing that you actually believe you haven't been tripped up a hundred times on this thread, but hey ho, the delusions of a fantasist.

By the way, it's omit, not emit. I guess they don't let the dinner lady teach English in this school of yours.

Bowing out, life's too short but it's been fun. See everyone on a more worthy thread soon 😘

Lets not lower ourselves and be rude to dinner ladies FFS.
Just because someone’s a dinner lady doesn’t mean they are stupid.

And you have spelt many things wrong but I never call you or anyone else out because frankly I’m not a dick.

Thanks for your input on this thread.

As I said from the first page I recognise I am BU and will not voice these concerns.

wish I knew you OP I'd be reporting you to your employer.

Why because I have a safeguarding concern 🤔

No, because you're posting this much detail about a service user, patient, pupil, whoever (as you still haven't answered in what capacity you work with her).

Nobody who actually works in this area would respond to privacy concerns in the way you have on this thread - actually, let me amend that to nobody who works in this area and is good at their job.

So my take is that you're either:

  • in a position of safeguarding responsibility and therefore terrible at your job and massively unreasonable for posting this;
  • not in a position of safeguarding responsibility, and therefore unreasonable for being this invested in something that has nothing to do with you; or
  • a troll.

So you think I’ve shared too much, yet also want me to share exactly what capacity I work with her?

That’s slightly contradicting and I’ve said as little about her or the other children, on here as possible.

I don't want you to do anything. But giving your own role, even in broad terms, is not on the same level of disclosure as her protected health information such as her mental age or her history of sexual abuse.

Noteverybodylives · 11/10/2022 20:26

I will have this thread deleted now.

Thank you everyone for your input.

Yes you are right but there are a lot of people who know about this situation but my role is pretty unique, so I don’t want to out myself.

I also have other concerns about this man’s behaviour towards myself and although it’s highly unlikely it would get back to mum and DD. There’s a big chance it could get back to him. Therefore I don’t want him to recognise me either for safety reasons.

Sorry, couldn't resist lurking.

Still drip feeding 'relevant' information 9 pages in and 4 minutes after saying you're going to delete thread. Classic narcissistic, attention seeking behaviour. Too scared to move away from all the attention, even if it all negative? You're a disgrace to your profession, whatever that might be, and I truly hope you're outed for the despicable person you are

One bit of this thread I do believe, though, you're certainly 'unique', OP

Oh dear.
Do you seriously not have anything better to do that troll on threads? What a fun life you must lead!

I am not drip feeding anything that is relevant.

As I said I have barely scratched the surface and there is lots more information but my AIBU remains the same and I wanted unbiased views because there is so much more information at play so I’m separating what is an issue vs what isn’t an issue.

As I’ve said all along I don’t know the reason why this man is there whether it’s love, predation, cuckooing or a place to stay.

My life is all about you OP! Lucky ypu

So why did you feel the need to mention that he had behaved inappropriately towards you? And after you said you were going to delete your thread? What purpose did this serve?

And thank you for taking time out of your busy safeguarding schedule to read through all my posts on all threads. I appreciate someone taking an interest in my writing, especially when they're such a busy professional, with a unique role within our society, protecting all our vulnerable children. It makes me feel special

I can tell considering you think this is a two-way conversation between just us.

I was replying to a PPs Q. I hope that’s ok with you.

And I mentioned up thread that he makes my skin crawl. And I’ve been honest about how much information I haven’t given out.

My ‘drip feed’ would only be relevant if it changed my initial AIBU which is doesn’t.

OMG just discovered this thread. Is it actually real? A wind up? Next tabloid article? It's AMAZING

catell01 · 11/10/2022 21:29

You make me smile, OP. I apologise profusely for being involved in your thread. I'm obviously ignorant of the concept of contributing on threads. I didn't realise the owner legally owned the thread and so could throw people off. My mistake. But how will you garner all that attention if no-one is allowed to opine or comment? That's really puzzling but I guess you know better, what with me being so thick and you being a qualified teacher.

All a moot point now, seen as you're going to delete the thread, eh? I'll be bereft without you but I'll try struggle on

Noteverybodylives · 11/10/2022 21:30

Jesus. Get a room you two.

😂😂

Sorry I’m sick of a few certain posters who literally go on multiple threads and are complete bitches to the OP and try and twist everything they say to try and derail the thread.

It happens way too often on here.
I usually don’t feed into it and didn’t when the peado started early on but these are just annoying me so I had to reply lol.

Yeah, sorry. The whole thing just intrigued and scared me in equal measure. There are people like this out there, roaming our streets, 'caring' for our children, sharing private details on MN, blatantly lying/fantasising, scares the fuck out of me, tbh.

missmamiecuddleduck · 11/10/2022 21:53

This is a strange thread.

Does the 20 to 30 something man work and is he a primary caretaker of his child?

How do you have all this information? Is the 14 year old telling you these things?

mauveskies · 11/10/2022 21:59

You make me smile, OP. I apologise profusely for being involved in your thread.

"Involved" is an understatement. Over 30 posts, most of them so rude I am surprised they are still standing. Here are just a small selection of your gems:

Think I preferred you as a narrow minded, shallow, judgemental bitter old woman than an absolute liar.

your reasoning around it all makes you sound like an arse, at best

Are you 14 with a mental capacity of an 10 year old too??

nothing to do with you being an ugly person, of course, because you sound bloody delightful

Oh Christ have you heard yourself, sorry to disappoint but I have never spoken to any one else on this thread, the reason were all here is because your batshit insane and should not be in your position. You really are a nasty piece of work.

Some of your own contributions:

you really do not seem a nice person

You sound unhinged and I'm glad your not in a school setting at the moment.

Your a nasty piece of work.

Guessing you aren't a teacher, yourself.
