And whereabouts do you live because it makes a difference if you're on Shetland compared to central London. My hall is 14.6 and my living room 16.1. Bedroom 15 The heating isn't on. North West England. Thank goodness the sun is out today because yesterday was so cold wet and windy.

Yorkshire. Thermostat says 15. It feels very cold. Haven't put the heating on yet. Just got my sleeping bag out of the loft as I want to hold on longer if I can.

We're in East Anglia. Bedroom was 14.4°C the other day. My DDs' room was the warmest in the house and was about 17.3°C.

Heating isn't on because the radiators are off the wall as we just* had new skirting installed. Hopefully our plumber will be around early next week to put them on!

21 - SW no heating yet but lucky to live in a terrace between two who love to heat their houses

17 degrees inside and 11.4 outside. Heating isn't on. NW England(high up and wind exposed)

It’s 18 in the hall. North east 5 bed terrace, built in the 50’s.
i am sat with thick woolly jumper, thick blanket and hot water bottle. I don’t know how longer I can hold on within any heating I am absolutely freezing, it’s miserable

Rural Northwest - it’s generally about 16 in house when we wake up so have been heating for 1 hour to 19 in a morning then off for the rest of the day. Sat under a blanket in 18 degree living room tonight and it’s fine. I’m actually sleeping better in a cooler house I think.

This thread shows how different we all are.

The other day at work, in our open plan office, we had all at the same time the radiators on, the air con on and windows open. In the (brief in Yorkshire) summer heatwave we had similar with the aircon and windows being open at the same time. No sane person would do this if they were paying the bills!

I really feel the cold and ideally like it at a minimum of 20 but my kids were always too hot and opening windows. Trying my best to get used to lower temperatures but even with a fleece and thermals I'm still uncomfortable at 17. 18 is tolerable but my fingers still feel like ice.

22.5 - we’ve had our fire on for a few hours. No heating on.
