He’s probably been doing this at various properties for ages. Really grim.

I honestly can't work out how this is going to pan out. He invoices OP for eight full days, then what?
OP: "Actually, I can prove you didn't work eight full days, I have footage of someone coming onto my property to visit you for 3-4 hours at a time."
E: "Oh yeah, that's my apprentice. Sorry, should've mentioned that."
OP: "I don't believe that's who she is."
E: "Well, I'm telling you she's been helping me."
OP: "I don't believe you."
E: "So? I'm telling you she's my apprentice."
Etc etc.
If he's lying to his wife he's not going to think twice about lying to OP even when this woman blatantly isn't his employee. OP's not actually filmed them having sex so how can she prove he's lying?

3/4 hours seems an awful long time for any sort of shenanigans!

Is it possible that she is using the house plus your utilities, food, drinks rather than using her own: working from your home!

Still bad behaviour but maybe not as distracting.

Especially if they've seen any of the press reports about OP's thread and have worked out it's about them. They'll be ready with a story!

That's a really good point that I don't think has been made so far! She could be his niece/daughter/friend using OP's wifi to study/work!
