To only just realise it was Peter Andre in the wrong not Katie P!

This is a random thread..if you arent interested in Katie and Peter please dont bother reading...
Just had a binge watch of old episodes of Americas Next top model on youtube and it showed me Katie and Peter stateside - their opd documentary..I used to watch it and love them as a couple together. Was gutted when they split but like everyone else at the time I remember thinking how awful Katie was and how she was in the wrong during that infamous massive row they had in that shop in LA.
It pops back up and so I watch it again, near in mind this is after years of me seeing ir. And cant believe it! Its like a brand new argument - completely saw this in a different way.
Pete was the onein the wrong, not Katie. In fact he was awful, actually abusive? Swearing at her calling her a f*king b**ch, "a cow", "you think youre gonna get away with it?"
Bleeding hell, if this isnt abusive I dont know what is! Im more in shock because I remember all the stick KP got, the hate campaign and the "team Pete" . He deserves a medal and all that bollocks.
It just doesnt make sense. How can anyone see it for what itnwas? In fact watching it again, KP hardly spoke..it was all Pete winding her uo, qlmost goading her and then blasting her when she bit back at him..Im just really shocked I guess....😶 makes you wonder how things can get so easily misrepresented.
What does everyone think?

This wasme just now! Isnt it so bizzare how we all thought he was so innocent and she was the devil. Its insane..ive rewatched it after all these years and cant believe it. Like watching a totally different argument to the one I remember and the one that was so publisised for her being so awful to him. What the hell were people thinking?! He was bloody horrible. Really put me off him now! I wonder if their kids have come across it (its so easily accessible; clearly demonstarted this evening) I wonder what they think.

Ive always thought this
Kate although she has her faults ,she is an open book.all the men shes met have let her down.P.Andre is strange and controlling,hate the way he goes on about his daughter not being allowed to get dressed up,all said in so called jest but never quite in jest.its like a creep always recognises the creep in others.

I never really watched the show but I'm shocked to read this. Surprised it got swept under the carpet, though I suppose because of Katie's rep, she'll always be painted as the one in the wrong in any relationship.
Does anyone know why they really broke up? He talked about something unforgivable.. I heard she cheated with her horse trainer but not sure if it's true?

I’ve never been keen on him and thought Katie got so much stick and the blame for everything. I’ve always liked Katie, she’s a bloody good
mum. Very strong dealing with what she has.
I haven’t seen the clips or programme you mention but I’ve always felt she got a rough deal in the aftermath of their relationship.

Always be suspicious of people who go on about how much they love their kids. Everyone loves their kids. If you need to say it to strangers then you are trying to manage your reputation for some reason.

That's funny you say that because I remember her talking to him like he was a piece of shit on a chat show once, and she used to order him round like he was a servant.

Definitely not excusing abuse, there's zero excuse for that. But it sounds like a really toxic relationship, like Katie's relationships since, whereas Peter Andre seems to have a really good relationship with his now wife and all his family.

Of course, we never know what goes on inside a marriage, and hopefully Peter has learned from his past experience. I can't imagine he's like that with his current partner.

She was awful to him in that reality show and worse to her kids. You could really see how much she didn't want to be a mum in those. I remember watching one and they were at a theme park and she made the children leave as she wanted to go to the dentist for more veneers.

Also she has lost custody of 4 of her children as SS deemed her a risk. She has 2 hours a week with them and it has to be supervised and the latest bloke can't be around them. So I think that shows exactly what she is really like.

I used to love watching that program and I remember thinking at the time how vile he was. He's still digging her out years later at every opportunity. I've blocked him on Twitter as his read between the lines shit he says about her. I read a magazine article he done a few months ago and honestly if I was KP I would have sued him.

I really can't stand him now. He's a total limelight grabber anything to put him in front attention. Literally anything going on in the world and he turns it into all about him and his family.

And the whole my perfect marriage/wife/I love my kids.... wtf is that all about!

Isnt that hear say? How does anyone actually know that? Is there actual any concrete proof? Or an easily spresd rumour? Because I remember the miscarriage happening whilst they were together on their show. Werent they doing the marathon or something and it kept showing her going to the toilet? At the time, it looked like she was just going for wees.
She later revealed she was checking to see if the baby had passed? And how they had just gone to a scan before and and been told their was no heartbeat? She couldnt have made that up.

After seeing this argument, I really doubt Peter. I think all thr stick she went through was atrocious considering how abusive he was. Ive also looked at the TikTok vids and bloody hell hes not only abusive, hes also damn right sexist and misogynistic !!

I think if youve been around a narcissist/abuser for a long time...you start to see Pete for what he is/was.

It was disproved that she cheated on him with her horse trainer, because he was happily married and his wife was very upset, and it was all nonsense.

Its amazing to think the second career that Peter Andre has had from getting married to Katie Price! Is he a bit of a fishwife who goes all abusive when challenged? Its not as if anyone made him marry a former Page 3 girl and raunchy model who lives a very public life after going on a reality tv show now, is it? I mean, she wasn't exactly hiding who she was!

He likes to work the women in his life hard to earn money.

Peter Andre is and was extremely paranoid. He had a PR team that got everyone on their side and ruined her. He is not a nice person behind all his fakery.

Yep I went right off Peter soon after the split. Everyone thinks that Pete and Emily are some Gods and Katie is the devil.
