What’s the situation like for you practically and financially to split right now OP? I would want him out the house tonight but I appreciate that financially that’s not always feasible.

Whatever2022 · 06/02/2022 20:38

@litlealligator

I think you need to change the title to "Ex-partner"
This
DrSophia · 06/02/2022 20:40

He is disgusting on so many levels.

Do not take him back. I would also get a full sexual health check.

soontobe3244 · 06/02/2022 20:40

Yes he has already got 2 kids and I have already kicked him out the house and I could just about her by without him

OP posts:
Gowithme · 06/02/2022 20:40

Wow I guess it would just be a lot more convenient to him if you could both pretend it never happened. He has no remorse, he won't give you what you need (answers), he just wants you to get over it and move on.

I feel really sorry for the three poor children with that for a father. You (and they) deserve so much better than someone who would cut them out without a backwards glance if they weren't convenient to him.

soontobe3244 · 06/02/2022 20:41

I could just about get by without him was supposed to say

@soontobe3244

He says he dosent want anything to do with the child and already told her this
That makes it even worse, not better.

He is showing no signs of taking responsibility.

He told you drunk cos he couldn't do it sober and he doesn't want responsibility for the child he's fathered.

Nope. And then some more nope.

Ex-partner.

GeneLovesJezebel · 06/02/2022 20:42

He’s trying to shut you up when he should be prepared to talk while you get it straight in your head.
I wouldn’t stay in your situation.

cherish123 · 06/02/2022 20:42

Dump him and move on. He's not worth it. You'll find someone else.

VodselForDinner · 06/02/2022 20:42

@soontobe3244

He says he dosent want anything to do with the child and already told her this
Ah, so he’s a cheering scumbag, and a prick who is happy to abandon his own child.

In your shoes, I’d be booking an STI test en-route to my solicitor.

strawberrycheesecake1989 · 06/02/2022 20:44

@tkwal

Is it producing the child you can't forgive or the infidelity ? Was it a one night stand or a full blown affair ?. You see a one night stand can "just happen" for some men and can really mean nothing to them. An affair requires long term and frequent deception. Where do you draw the line ? What I find most difficult is that he wants nothing to do with his child. If he and the mother have agreed to no contact, fair enough but he should be making some provision for him/her. I come from a family that has a genetic condition requiring frequent tests , at the very least he should provide a medical history
Agree
VodselForDinner · 06/02/2022 20:46

Don’t be ridiculous.

Men don’t suddenly slip and fall cock-first into a nearby vagina.

You don't forgive or forget , why should you?
tsmainsqueeze · 06/02/2022 20:48

Sounds like a real catch .
babyjellyfish · 06/02/2022 20:49

Good God, no. I could never forgive that.

Oh my god. That would make me dump this absolute piece of shit on the spot.

Bad enough that he cheated on you and only told you because he was pissed. He got a woman pregnant and is quite happy to have nothing to do with his own child.

Absolute scum of the earth.

Nightlystroll · 06/02/2022 20:50

How is it cheating if they had broken up? I guess he could be saying that he wants nothing to do with the child so the op will try and make a go with him. But that in itself would put me off. And I guess the relationship already had problems if you'd broken up.

CountdownToChaos · 06/02/2022 20:50

@soontobe3244

Yes I have already told him that even if he dosent want anything to do with the child it won't change my mind and he should want to be their for the baby if anything I'm more hurt he never told me and like a few people have pointed out he told me during a argument if not I would off probably never known I know that I carnt go back it's not far just to do it for the kids
You wouldn't be doing the kids any favours letting him back in and his attitude of telling you to 'stop going on about it' rather than answering your questions is pathetic!

You're not losing anything here by the sounds of it OP. You deserve better. Staying with him would be a huge mistake that you'd grow to regret and resent.

mummykel16 · 06/02/2022 20:50

@soontobe3244

What a catch, do you anything good to say about him?
boringperson123 · 06/02/2022 20:51

He is scum, lowest of the low. You'd be absolutely insane to stay with him

Suprima · 06/02/2022 20:51

You can’t get back from this I’m afraid

And that living, breathing child will be an eternal reminder of what a shit he is and what an absolute mug you will be if you stay with him

Your children will end up doing that maths

Not a good look really, is it?

ButtockUp · 06/02/2022 20:52

You sound reluctant to get rid of him.

Why?

2bazookas · 06/02/2022 20:52

He's treated you very badly.
He's treated the other woman very badly.
He's treating his own child very badly.

This irresponsible lying creep has used and discarded all of you like trash. That's not love. He doesn't love you.

MrsLargeEmbodied · 06/02/2022 20:53

sounds too much to get over op
