Everyone should continue to call him Prince Andrew

I’ve seen a few people, and TV programmes and things, saying he’s just Andrew now.

He’s not, though, is he? He’s still a prince, that can’t be taken from him, like his other titles. He should continue to be called Prince Andrew.

“But he doesn’t deserve to be a prince”, people say. Well, no-one does, that’s the whole deal with a monarchy. You don’t get to pick and choose, there’s no merit, it’s entirely about whose cock and balls were involved.

Royals have done appalling things for centuries, it’s their divine right. If you don’t like it, stop supporting it.

Prince perv? Allegedly the Paedo prince? People can call him whatever they like. Yes he will still be a Prince but I thought he was stripped of his hrh title?

TheLeadbetterLife · 23/01/2022 22:31

@Luredbyapomegranate

It’s just a title, people can use it or not, Diana, William etc, called by their first names all the time.

I imagine his title being dropped in practice is what the RF want mind you - they are survivors that lot, and they know that if we all forget about him before the Q falls off her perch, they’ll be alright.

Exactly…

Personally I prefer noncey cunty chops 🤷🏻‍♀️

Twilight7777 · 23/01/2022 22:33

I just tend to call him that pedo cunt

Bakewelltart987 · 23/01/2022 22:34

@TheLeadbetterLife

You get a choice whether to call him Prince, you don’t get a choice over whether he is one or not. So all the feather-fluffing, “he’s no prince!” stuff is just hot air. Literally no-one deserves to be a prince, they just are.
But his title has been removed has it not? So therefore he's not a prince as he doesn't have that special title anymore. Nobody is born anything other than a person regardless of the family title. He was given a title when born and now its been removed not sure what's hard to understand about that.
Hb12 · 23/01/2022 22:34

It's been around a while...

Everyone should continue to call him Prince Andrew
LublinToDublin · 23/01/2022 22:37

Bakewelltart987 it's the HRH thats been removed not Prince

iklboo · 23/01/2022 22:38

Nonce Andrew? Still once syllable, ends in 'sss' sound. Describes him well.

TheLeadbetterLife · 23/01/2022 22:39

His HRH has been removed, not his status as prince, which is not the same thing. He is a prince because he’s the son of the queen, and that can’t be changed unless the British start getting all French.

As a pp said, the royal family would probably love everyone to stop calling him prince Andrew, as it gives an illusion that we plebs have any agency over the situation, and that on some level there’s a degree of merit involved in being a royal. There isn’t though, any cunt can be a royal, as long as they came out of the right cunt.

OP posts:
ChargingBuck · 23/01/2022 22:39

it’s their divine right

Andrew "I don't sweat" Windsor can take it up directly with god then, right?

I think the man's a spoiled dilettante who's had enough privilege to last several lifetimes.
Smite me.

ChargingBuck · 23/01/2022 22:39

@SerialNo

How about The Andrew formerly known as Prince?
Excellent!
MarieIVanArkleStinks · 23/01/2022 22:40

I take your point, OP.

Princess and Princess have no place in a grown-up world, or anywhere outside the fairy story books. Time we grew up and dispensed with the whole antediluvian system, then the ridiculous 'HRH' title can be consigned to history where it belongs. The UK needs a democratic constitution that is fit for purpose in the 21st century.

As for Andrew, I'm getting a word ........

EishetChayil · 23/01/2022 22:41

He'll always be Sweaty Nonce to me.

WeyAyeMan · 23/01/2022 22:41

I'd just call him a nonce.

Mo1911 · 23/01/2022 22:42

@SerialNo

How about The Andrew formerly known as Prince?
Brilliant! 😄
Paul72 · 23/01/2022 22:43

I hope that he will be called prisoner number ??? as if he abused young girls his money and title should not stop him going to prison for a very long time.
If he gets a long sentance it will send a message to all other rich men that they can't get away with abusing people,

Bywayofanupdate · 23/01/2022 22:47

"How about The Andrew formerly known as Prince?"

Laughed out loud 😂 brilliant

3scape · 23/01/2022 22:50

I get it op. It's very convenient that the media will jump to do the bidding of royalty and they want to detatch their ,'brand' from his criminal amoral life. But i guess that is the unjustified privelige they wield.

3scape · 23/01/2022 22:51

He should retain his bullshit titles so everyone can see how pointless, meaningless these things are.

SparklingLime · 23/01/2022 22:51

His royal lineage is through his mother, so why are you on about “cock and balls”, @TheLeadbetterLife?

grannybiker · 23/01/2022 22:52

He's not someone I talk about, so I don't have this dilemma

Fangdango · 23/01/2022 22:52

I take your point too. Calling him Prince is a useful reminder that it would just have taken one accident / illness / terrorist attack before 1981 and we'd be waiting for King Andrew once his mother died.

Luredbyapomegranate · 23/01/2022 22:53

His HRH hasn’t been removed, he’s just agreed to stop using it outside the palaces. I don’t think you can remove the HRH of a Prince of ‘the blood’, or not easily. They were thinking of taking it off P Margaret when she wanted to marry the household staff guy, I think it needs an act of Parl.

Such innocent days then..

Anyway, they’ll survive I bet you.

There are plenty of places a bloated action man like Andrew could have a —helpful— nasty fall..

AsYouWishButtercup · 23/01/2022 22:53

Interesting hill to die on OP

WondrousAcorn · 23/01/2022 22:53

I agree. Otherwise there is an implication that titles are deserved or not, and the whole point is that they aren’t. Agree with the comment about people who want William and not Charles as king too. I don’t support the monarchy or the concept of monarchy, and I’m all for its nature to be made obvious. That nature being a system built on the concept that certain individuals, regardless of character, are simply born to be rulers and our superiors. Worthy of special reverence.

The queen has been very popular for most of her reign, but that does not mean the monarchy itself is benevolent. Prince Andrew shows up how ludicrous the whole deal is.

I do like the Andrew formerly known as Prince, however.
